i loved the staff. They worked so hard but were so friendly and so solution oriented. The hotel also had a restaurant and the same staff were running the restaurant ( that opened 0530 in the morning and closed 23.00!) and the hotel adminstration and were always friendly. The hotel was clean, and even though it’s located a bit outside Paris centrum, it was a small cozy neighborhood and there were always someone at the restaurant. super nice.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff were accommodating and friendly. I enjoyed having a morning coffee in the restaurants attached to the hotel and the lobby access was 24/7. Rooms were small but very clean and had everything you need. There is an elevator to the rooms (no lugging bags up stairs).

The transport connections to central Paris are limited but you should know this before booking.

- Friendly & courteous staff. - Hotel has their own coffee shop, bar and restaurant. - Clean rooms with good sunlight. - Housekeeping everyday and lift is available. - Good Wi-Fi connection when on 1st floor ( can use lobby router signal). Top floor router signals were weak.

- If you are a tourist, this hotel is inconvenient. It is located far away from Paris City (need to take a bus and two metro trains to go to city centre) which would take around 1hr 30 mins considering waiting time for buses. - From CDG airport, again its quite far (1 bus and two trains).

Convenient location, good value for money, quiet, good lighting, room was ready when I arrived, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. ample space. Lots of electrical plugs.

My only criticism was the bathroom floor is uneven and water from the shower pools in a low spot next to the toilet. Need a squeegee to push the water uphill to the shower drain.

as a solo female traveller I felt extremely safe in this hotel and to walk around the surrounding area at night on my own. the room is VERY basic, but the bed is comfortable and everything was clean.

Everything you need is here. Very convenient. Excellent food at fair price. Staff friendly and helpful. Have stayed several times and will do so again.

Friendly, generous and helpful staff, clean, conditioner in a room, good location, easy to find, breakfast (drinks and croissants, baguettes)

The bedding was nice

The shower is very small. No aircon remote When we returned to the hotel late at night a lot of men made a lot of comments towards us. They were having a drink or 8 at the bar downstairs.

Location is calm and good
