Lovely hotel with great staff, quick and efficient check-in. Hotel room was standard but clean, comfy and a good shower. Could see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Amazing outdoor pool. Breakfast had lots of options and was delicious.

Could do with better tea/coffee options in the room. Its a bit far from central Paris but they have lots of advice on the best way into town. We got an Uber for 20euros between 4 so not too bad as a one off.

Wonderful, family friendly and quiet hotel and nice pool area

People were smoking in the pool area where smoking was not allowed and some guests were throwing cigarette butts on the tiles. We had to take off our shoes before entering the pool area so it was not comfortable to step on a stub or cigarette ash. The service at the restaurant was quite slow but everyone was friendly so it was not a problem.

Staff are second to none and extremely friendly especially the lady Concierge nothing was too much trouble she really is an asset to the hotel. We’d like to personally thank them all for being so kind.

Room was excellent. We had the view of the country club from the room which felt really nice. The entire staff team was super helpful and amazing service. I would definitely go back when I'm in Paris next time. The hotel lobby and other areas were immaculate. Excellent breakfast choice with a lovely decor. Simply loved it. The quality and taste of the breakfast also top notch. Can't fault the service either. Very positive experience for family with little kids.

In the breakfast they didn't have vegetarian sausage option but they offered other options so that was fine. In the future please consider expanding vegetarian options a bit more.

The restaurant closes two days a week which is poor for a hotel of this level. The bar was also only operating to a limited standard when the restaurant was closed with no draught beer and very limited range of bottled beers.

No granola or French toast or sourdough bread I thought we would have had access to the country club but sadly no.

Breakfast was very good. Staff at breakfast also was very kind. Room was very nice to share among 4 people.

The room was 4 people. But they gave us only 2 small water bottles. We arrived mid-night and it was difficult to find water.

Extremely nice hotel, heated outdoor pool, lovely balcony on our family room! All staff wonderful , helpful and friendly. Felt very well looked after!

Excellent customer service, from being check-in to help with finding fun things to do with children. The team really went out of their way to help.

Everything! Especially the lovely staff! Very family friendly! We also got to charge our electric car which was great!

Slightly smaller food portions at the restaurant (but we guess that’s just french size meals and we’re big eaters :))
