The room was lovely really clean and tidy and the staff really friendly and helpful my daughter loved the pool.i felt at real ease at the hotel

I was disappointed that there was no evening restaurant at the site and also not been able to relax and stay up late in the bar which we like to unwind after a long day.. due to this reason I wouldn't return for a visit which I'm sorry for as everything else was great, I know the reason is staffed hours and not enough takings on the bar to run staff but if the bar was open I'm sure more people would relax down in the hotel...

In a perfect location for trams and buses making access to busy central Paris or Palace of Versailles very simple, yet, cleverly designed to be very peaceful; our room was really quiet! We managed to park outside the hotel but parking at peak times would need to be a bit further away in secure car parks. Fabulous pool. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Very helpful staff.

Everything was great except the bar and restaurant was very minimal; it wasn't a problem for us but just so you are aware. There is a Lidl, patisserie, bars & restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel so we just stocked up or wandered out.

I would like to mention the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel staff Amin during our short stay .Amin was professional , friendly, polite , extremely helpful, and thanks to him, we ended up saving precious time and money. He answered our several questions patiently, and I would like to thank him for making our stay a memorable one . The room was spacious and well equipped with all essentials. Did not get a chance to use the pool.Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options . Location prime next to restaurants and train station. Will be definitely coming back for a longer stay.

Nothing to add.

First The welcome was very nice by the Receptionists. Helpfull introductions of facilities. Clean (towels change every day, The room has a small kitchen- super handy for a family with small kids) Elevator directly to the pool. The breakfast was nice, but have with minor upgrade possibilities- like small (chicken) sausages should be nice for kids and some vegetables like tomatto or carrot would be nice… Everything else super great.

They also organized a Taxi G7 company- pick up - twice as cheaper as one organized via web site. It was there in 8 min. The check out at 12:00h. Super relaxed with no hurry. The place and walk distance to Metro underground is very save- aprox 8 min.

Quiet but still public transport on the doorstep. Friendly and competent reception staff responded excellent to our special requests as participants of the "traversee de paris" rowing event! Great base for the parc nautique deparmental and the last stop of Metro #10.

Breakfast is affordable but breakfast staff and provision of dishes & stocking up was very slow. So was unfortunately the tea making facility: you had to press twice to have enouogh hot water for one cup, and after 3 times pressing the button you had to wait for reheating of the water in the machine for approx. 2 min. There is a very small bakery up the hill as an alternative - but seating not even for small groups.

I’ve rated this hotel highly before - clean, comfortable, spacious rooms -, with some simple cooking facilities if you don’t want to eat out every night. However, on this occasion, the staff also stood out. A mistake by me meant we turned up a day early - the hotel was busy and had no rooms available. However, there were two late arrivals …. The team phoned the late guests and were able to confirm one as a no-show. Not only did they find me a room, they waived the cancellation fee for my room the following night and honoured the reduced rate despite it being a last minute booking. Excellent service, and compassionate.

Really lovely hotel and reception staff were very helpful. The suite was a good size overall with a handy kitchenette.

The wifi was not really working so that could be better. We stayed as a family of 4 and would say that the sofa pull out bed was on the smaller side so depending on the size of your children then worth bearing in mind.

Excellent customer service. Room was beautiful and well thought out. Loved having a kitchenette. Glad we found this hotel for that very reason. With little ones made it especially handy. The highlight was having the pool to ourselves. It is luxurious and calming and then getting to chill with our little ones and not bother anyone else as by chance we were alone... amazing and our kids can't stop revving about their special experience.

A little more expensive than I'm used to but I got the feeling that the price was about right for the amazing facilities and convenience for Paris

Beautifully clean little apartment, comfy bed Good facilities, we used the pool but not the fitness room, although it did look good and we’d have used if we’d had more time I was lucky to get parked right outside the main door, and the staff told me it was free at weekends so that was a result. But there is no hotel car park, just road side Quiet room despite being right on top of the train tracks. And great black out blind for the door. It’s not walkable into the city. We used Uber which was fine and felt safer given the current issues. Wasn’t too costly to do so

Double bed with only one bedside table and lamp so one of us had to go without which is tricky with a book and a hot drink at bedtime. Parking might be a problem for someone (not me, see above) Had I not been so lucky I think I’d have stressed about where to park

The Hotel employs an international staff that was helpful, welcoming and warmly professional. The room/studio was spacious, elegant and relaxing. Les Jardins de St. CLoud is very well situated, you have the T2 Tram a few minutes away, that takes you to 'La Porte de Versailles, connecting you the metro line 12, which in turn takes you to the heart of Paris. The surroundings are charming and quite peaceful. A place my husband and I would gladly visit again. Bravo to the management!!
