Location, price, clean and cozy room.

When I arrived I was greeted by a young receptionist who made no effort to understand me (since I don't speak French), I showed the reservation on my cell phone and she didn't even look in the direction, I was ignored and put in the wrong room. I had to go back to reception and ask another attendant to correct the rooms (who, by the way, was super polite) and made the changes.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The beds are very comfortable. We did need to ask for extra pillows because the ones provided are soft, but these were provided straight away. We rented a kettle and hair dryer easily. The coffee in reception was very reasonable price. The shower was an excellent size.

The windows opened wide without safety features so take care with small children (this seems to be the case in most hotels in Paris). There was also no privacy net so the opposite building got a clear view in the room when the curtains are open. The shower was really sensitive and got very hot easily (you only need to move the dial a millimetre and it changed from cold to boiling) so take care.

The room was small but very cozy and has everything you need. Not much ambience but that is not something we expected from this hotel at all. We were very happy with the room and the staff were really friendly. The parking is also very affordable for Paris standards. It is about a 200m walk from the hotel, which may be an issue for some but for us this was perfect. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and on several bus routes, so getting around is really easy and we never felt unsafe in the direct surroundings of the hotel. Especially at this price, difficult to beat for Paris center!

A bit more ambience could be nice, and some of the light switches in our room didn't work as expected. Please note this is a very minor complaint, as we really felt this hotel is great value.

Little, cozy room. It's very good for people who spend all day sightseeing and back to the hotel only for sleeping. It was funny to have a sink in the room, but that's the style of Ibis budget. We didn't need anything else! Big plus for machine with drinks, we came to the hotel at 1 a.m., after flight, and we didn't have anything to drink so it was our rescue 😄. Receptionists and all staff were nice and friendly. Overall our stay here was very good!

Housekeepers can focus on cleaning a little bit more. Our duvet was coated on the other side, but it didn't bother us much. The shower also needed a little bit more cleaning.

I almost always stay at IBIS hotels when travelling. The location of this hotel is convenient, as there is a metro station a few minutes walking and it only takes 30 minutes to get to Notre Dame. The area is very nice and there are supermarkets, bars, restaurant, pharmacy, etc around. The staff was nice, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast had everything needed as per usual. The hotel also offers private parking for 16€ per day, you just need to get to the reception first to get the entry QR code. For one night it was perfectly acceptable accommodation in a city like Paris.

The only thing that was pretty weird is the bathroom (toilet and shower looks like in a train and the washbasin is in the room not in the bathroom, but I understand it is the concept of the hotel. It was not a big issue, we just found it weird.

The hotel is in an excellent location, a few minutes' walk to metro line 1, which is well connected to all tourist locations. Also, within a 2-minute walk there are markets, as well as bakeries, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants. In our room, although it faced the street, there was no noise. The place was clean and the maid came every morning. At the reception there is a tap for drinking water, as well as machines for water and juices and a seating area. The lady who met us at the reception upon arrival was very kind. Recommendation for this hotel.

- The room was clean and tidied every day, with fresh linen and towels provided daily. The bathroom and toilet were also kept in spotless condition. - The location is excellent, conveniently close to the metro, allowing you to reach central Paris in about 20 minutes. - The surrounding restaurants and cafés are very nice, offering plenty of options to choose from. - While the room is compact, it was clean and the WiFi was excellent. If you need a hair dryer, iron, or other items, you can borrow them for free with a €10 deposit, though note that the deposit is cash only. There’s also a coffee machine available.

As mentioned by several other guests, the room size is indeed quite small. It's manageable for a short stay, perhaps a day or two, but after that, it can start to feel a bit cramped. However, given the budget pricing, this is to be expected.

The staff were very polite and helpful, we resolved every question and issue within a second. You can leave your luggage before cheking in and after cheking out. Room and sheets were cleaned everyday. The hotel is located at the metro no. 1 which is the best line if you are going to visit all the touristic locations. Eiffel Tower is 15-20 min. You need 10 min to Louvre museum and about 20-30 min to Monmartre, its also a good connection if you are going to the airport by RER. The restaurants nearby are pretty cheap for Paris. There is a mini market which is working 7 days a week until 00:45. Best ragards to the staff! We didnt get a chance to say goodbye.

I personally had a lack of fresh air, it was pretty hot throught the hotel and we were sleeping with the opened window for the whole night. Breakfast is pretty simple and based on carbs and sugar, not a lot of proteins, but it was tasty and good if you are planing to walk and explore for the whole day and it was vegeterian friendly.

The location was super close to a metro stop and it was nice to see a different part of the city with a lovely castle nearby worth visiting. Also if you come from beauvais airport is handy as it is in the same line.

The room is enough for 1 person but for 3 is too tight although we were hardly in the room. You need more hangers and storage. They didnt give us towels for the hands or a mat for the shower. They could have dress the bed instead of making me do it.
