The property is in an ideal location, situated in a area that’s very touristy with alot of shops and restaurants in the area. Minutes away from the metro, bus station and about 30 minutes to reach paris. The place itself is great for 2 people maximum. Has all the amenities needed and the host was very helpful and always ready to help at any given time. we had to go through 2 main doors with codes to get in the apartment and this made it feel really safe. Even the neighborhood felt safe.

We were a group of 3 and could barely move around, the room and bathroom is tiny and the staircase aswell but it was well designed.

The residence Voute is far from city center and touristic parts but very close to metro station, tram and bus stations. The area felt safe. The room was very clean.

The bed was quite narrow for two "big" people. There was only one coffee capsule for two guests, I'd expect at least two! And last but not least, we ran out of toilet paper very soon. There were only 2 spare toilet paper rolls for two people for 5 nights and they even were almost half the usual size!

The room is neat and with all necessary for a comfortable stay. We stayed 3 nights but it equipped with everything even for longer stays.

For hotter weather the ventilator wasn’t sufficiently powerful. Safe didn’t open, so we couldn’t use it. At arrival I couldn’t open the door my mistake simply didn’t read the last email and had only 2 codes instead of 3. The problem was that when I tried to contact the property the numbers they provided didnt answer. In the end I managed to leave a voice message , and after around 30 minutes arrived sms asking me to text them. No live contact was quite stressful for me, did not seem very helpful

Bed was comfortable and had everything as advertised. Location was very good and it was quiet. Close to shops and transport. Heated towel rails were a welcome bonus. Staff were helpful when we needed them. Would definitely consider rebooking if staying in Paris. Local shops were good.

Staircase was a little narrow when taking belongings up and down. Could have been better lit.

Very good property, that could be excellent with just a few minor changes and attention to details. The location is superb. There are many shops, bakeries and cafes in the area - it’s nice and calm and not too far from the city. The metro is nearby, and there’s bus stops less than 5 minutes away from the property. I would definitely recommend for solo travelers, very quaint and filled with all the amenities you would need.

There were no cloths to clean up wet messes in the surrounding areas: Kitchen, Bathroom sink. Did get a little noisy with other neighbors in the accommodation, soundproofing could be improved. Old cow rug was left in the washing machine.

Convenient location, not far from 2 metro stations, clean and well-equipped property, quiet and private, comfortable bed.

Wasn't clear the property was on the 3rd floor, check-in via an app was fine for me but users need to be aware of this in advance otherwise they might get locked out with no way to contact anyone, window in the bathroom did not close properly so there was cold air all the time, bad water pressure on the 3rd floor but probably fine on lower levels. I would usually expect more in the way of coffee/tea provided, there were 3 coffee capsules and 2 sad sachets of tea.

Clean open space, though not huge, it was an efficient use of the space and felt bigger than it was. The location is very practical for me, near the 1 metro line. Very comfortable bed, a bonus to have the sofa also. Heating was efficient. The bathroom is well laid out and the water was nice and hot though pressure is not super high.

No coffee capsules provided, just a few sad sachets of tea, and very limited cooking equipment - no oil for example, am I supposed to buy a whole bottle so I can cook for 4 days??

I've stayed here several times in various apartments and always find them clean, comfortable and fairly well-equipped. The location is convenient, not far from a few metro stations, though there is not much around in terms of tourism.

There's no coffee provided, though there is a nespresso-style machine. I always arrive in the evening and it's so annoying to have to stop at a supermarket for coffee.

Nice and stylish apartment with everything you may need, clean towels, equipped kitchen. Easy communication with owner, convenient entrance to both building and room with a code. Good neighborhood with all kinds of restaurants, gorcery store, etc. and 5min walking distance to metro station Porte de Vincennes which is line 1 (direct connection to city center and almost all main turist sites).

The only main downside for us was a very small bed. Of course it´s a matter of personal preference but my boyfriend and I had a hard time fitting (and we are pretty slim :)), it was definitely not a standard width of double bed.

I really enjoyed staying at Residence Voûte. It was a very cosy place with 2 minutes walking distance from the metro, bakery, pharmacy and even a supermarket and bar. I felt very safe. The property has very good security in place. My husband and I stayed in the one unit and my kids age 14,11 and 6 stayed in the other unit. We had security codes to get into the apartment. The linen was good quality as well as the towels. I could wash my children’s clothes and the kitchen had luxuries like a Nespresso machine and pods. I can highly recommend this place. It is really good value for money.

The shower leaks water, but it is easy to fix.
