The hotel staff was extremely friendly, attentive, gentle. We stayed for 22 days and we loved the location, the friendliness, the courtesy. We feel completely welcomed. Merci Sofien, Boris et les autres messieurs. One "marché" is in front to the hotel some days, you could buy fruits, clothes and other charming products. Monoprix is near, you have boulangeries, and the metro station is in the corner. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and beautiful.

We went in summer, it is necessary that the rooms have air conditioning.

Staff here are lovely, they made us feel welcome. Breakfast was simple but did the job and was nice. Coffee/tea, croissants and jam, baguette, cheese and meat, fruit salad, orange juice (Charged at €8 per person per day). Shower was good, powerful, no issues with temperature. Bathroom overall fine. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, not exactly GhD but again, does the job. Very handy for metro access, less than 30 seconds to station entrance. This is probably the best thing about the place next to the lovely staff.

The pillows need replacing; they are pretty bad. Flat and old, the filling has separated. Also stained if you look underneath the pillowcase. Room can get a little hot at night, this was late May early June so I imagine in the height of summer it would be worse. There is a fan provided in the wardrobe, however, but no A/C. It's quite loud with the window open, so it is not good if you are a light sleeper as the hotel is situated on a main road, there are loud car noises (people in Paris are very fond of using their horns), on Sundays there is a market right outside the window which is noisy if the window is open.

The breakfasts were included, that was very helpful! The stuff is amazing, very pleasant people. There were no problem with check in, even we got there at night. They also cleaned the rooms every day. Great service.

There was a TV but no kettle in the rooms. We don’t need TV, but a kettle and some cups would be very good to have)

The hotel is good in general; very near to the metro station, supermarkets and some restaurants. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. They do whatever they can to make you satisfied. I booked a family room, and all the family rooms in the hotel are in the ground floor, and since I don't like ground floor accommodation, I asked to change the room, and it was a surprise that they changed the family room with two double rooms with no extra charge! Actually, it was a very decent management.

The room and the bathroom are somehow small, but I think that most of Paris Hotels are so. The facilities were poor but I think we got what we paid for.

Staff, Location, Great Daily Maid service. Very safe neighborhood with many restaurants and services. Metro Access was 2 minutes from the hotel.

The beds were in a small alcove with very little room between them and right up against the wall. It was hard to not rub against the textured paint on the wall when sleeping. The shower was hard to get in and out of.

This hotel is a very charming boutique hotel right near St. Mandé Métro stop. The hotel staff are fantastic; extremely helpful and personable. Terrific breakfast is offered daily. The area around the hotel is pure French, open markets and little cafés. The short walk to the Métro stop opens up access to all areas of Paris with the greatest ease. Love, love, love this hotel!!

The staff were very helpful and the location is good

Only cons were that the rooms do not have AC (understandable), the toilet flusher buttons didn't work well, and the key is a hole-punched card that is cumbersome and easy to break

The Hotel has an excellent location in Saint Mande, just outside the Paris ring. It has metro right outside the front door. Freeway access is close by as well. The hotel staff is friendly, very courteous and speaks English. The are very helpful and tend to requests in a timely manner. The hotel is near many restuarants, including downstairs, in the area that are walking distance. A fruit stand and bakery are across the street. Small eateries line the block where the hotel is. Banking and pharmacy are very close by, across the sreet. The Hotel has rooms that will meet your needs as a traveler and are quaint. Rooms in and around Paris are small and simple. The room was comfortable and the HVAC functioned properly with ease. Bathrooms were all in clean condition and working order. The beds were adequate and the bedding clean and comfortable. Again the room size is small but I felt was of very good value for the price we paid and the hotels superior location. We had the daily breakfast which is the same daily. Ham, cheese, breads and croissants were plentiful. Coffee, teas, orange juice were plentiful. A mixed fruit bowl and yogurts were available. The restaurant area is very nice and clean. We used 2 rooms and stayed for 8 nights as a family.

You must leave your room key in an outlet that is located inside your room near the front door. This activates the electricity outlet and lights in the room. This is a nuance but if one leaves the room and another stays, you need to ensure your entry back into the room. We did not ask for 2 keys and really had no problems.

The staff were great, helpful and very welcoming. Very close to the Saint Mande metro station only a 2 minute walk. Metro line 1 gets you to touristy Paris direct.

Bathroom was small but sufficient to be ok for a short stay. Quite a treck from central Paris which was around a 20 minute journey.

Great location, close to shops, close to the metro, close to the center, close to the jogging park. Friendly service. Cozy hotel in an old building, but ensuring comfort. Everything is so stereotypically Parisian.
