We liked the location of the hotel , it was close to the metro and there was also a supermarket nearby. The receptionist was very polite, which was important to us. The room was spacious and had all the necessary kitchen items. There was also an elevator, which was very convenient when traveling with a child and luggage. Great value for money.

The only small downside was that the shower in the bathroom needs to be enclosed to prevent water from splashing onto the floor or at least provide a mop to wipe it up afterward. It would also be great to have a ventilation system in the bathroom, if possible.

The room is equipped with almost everything you need for staying a week. The bed is good. The kitchenette is quite convenient with microwave oven, a little fridge, etc. There is also a table for taking diner. The location is also excellent with the direct metro line, bus station and supermarket within 10-minute walk. You can also find numbers of restaurants, small convenient stores and bakeries nearby.

The bathroom is very small, in particular the bath is so small. The staff only works until noon, so when we checked out on Saturday, there is no way for us to leave the luggage within the hotel and wait for our flight, which was at midnight. It would be best if there could be a concierge or something to store luggage for early checkin or late checkout

A no fuss or hassle approach for us arriving out of hours. It was quiet and we both got a good night's sleep

It was a bit hot overnight. Some instructions about WiFi television and heating control would have been nice Also to know what is not available like hairdryer/ iron. It's no problem not having things available but it would be nice to know what isn't there. It's confusing as sometimes different things are there. We have stayed several times (Can't take a photo of the room as we are no longer there)

The property is modern, clean and spacious. Its fully equipped with everything you need and has bonus of having 2 bathrooms with the apartment The location is handy to get into the city centre and staff are exceptional . I highly reccommend

When you first arrive you are given a number of access codes, which is bit of pain but there after you you given dedecated card. for you to use

Excellent value for money deal during the Olympic games. Very good location - 5 minute walk from the metro station of Line 1, which brings you to the city centre for less than 15 minutes. Big room with big bed and kitchen space with fridge.

Lack of mosquito net and lack of infrastructure for drying laundry despite that there is good space for that on the terrace. Both can be fixed very easily and cheap.

It was all very clean, I really appreciated the big bathroom, with enough storage space for all the little things that people need in the bathroom. It was also very convenient to have the small kitchen, equipped with everything one might need for breakfast. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance and the metro is 7 mins away. The bed was comfortable and big, the room was cleaned once during our 9 days stay and the towels were changed.

I did not like the big pillows, there were 2 sets of pillows, both huge for my neck. I also did not like the noise in the street. While it was unlucky to have the street repaired during our stay, I must complain about the very loud people on the terrace just downstairs and across the street, which continued very loud talking and laughing late in the night. It might have been easier with the window closed, but this was impossible in the summer heat with no AC.

The location we arrived after office hours and were are to be sent codes for access Beds were comfortable and we were not disturbed. Wi fi worked

Only one mug in cupboard for the two of us there were cups Only green tea as a tea option The room was too warm at night some opportunity to decrease the heat a little would have been nice

The room was spacious and has plenty of cabinets to keep your stuff. The location of the place is 8mins away from the metro line 1 which is a plus factor because most of the tourist attractions can be accessed by train. Grocery stores and restaurants are also located nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely book next time I go visit Paris.

It would have been better to include hair dryer.

Location is quite and accessible to the city very easily by train right next to the hotel. There is a main street with many bakeries and I had everything I needed in the place. The stuff is super nice and friendly and made me feel very comfortable from first moment

Lack of AC - did not think it would be that hot and the fan in the hotel was not always enough. Laundry - you have a minimum amount that you need to charge in order to use the laundry, which means that if you need only one machine it is not worth it

Easy access to transit, quick trips in & out of Paris. Flexible check in process, they accommodated our late arrival due to delayed trains. Friendly, helpful staff. Close proximity to restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, etc.

It would have been helpful to have a few more dishes & cutlery (ie. Full set of 4).
