It’s right next to metro line 9. Our room was cleaned everyday. Staff was very polite and helpful. It was quiet at night. The Kebab restaurant and boulangerie near the hotel are excellent. There’s a market near by called CIty. I enjoyed the view from our 5th floor room. The area was clean with no homeless. Good price.

That’s not the room in the pictures. The actual room is smaller but I read that in almost all the hotel reviews for Paris. Shower curtain fell the first night and was fixed the next day. The room had a stale air smell, sleeping with the balcony door open at night and a little fresh scent spray help.

The room was on the 4th floor and there was an elevator, the water pressure was good, the bedding clean, there was a fan in case it was too hot. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I could hear the neighbors pretty clearly and they weren't very silent either. It was clean, not super clean, some damaged areas in the room. The bed was relatively comfortable, i couldn't keep the windows open as it was on a crowded street.

The staff are so nice and friendly, the rooms are very clean and cozy.

The only thing is about the location, it’s located in a muslim area and surrounded with so many muslim shops, and so many jobless people all the time are checking on you and gazing at your behaviors that gave us a negative energy. Worth to add that the Metro doesn’t have elevator 🛗

For the price it is very clean and quiet. I was with 3 kids and we could sleep very well and also the room was very clean and cleqr and warm. There are several metro lines so it is possible to be in center of Paris in 20 up to 30 minutes by metro.

The zone is not very beautiful bir for the value price and accomodation it is very smart choise.

I like the every staff . They are really helpful with good manners. Always smile 😄. They are service also really good . I will visit again if I go paris. Highly recommend if you are looking for near by central. Most important part I feel comfortable and secured.

Nice room, very warm and clean, cleaning lady was taking care the room almost every day, extremely close to metro station, restaurants, market, pharmacy and shops ❤️

The public spaces of the hotel need some repairs or care.. but nothing of this affected our stay in the room..

reading the reviews, I was a bit scared of going there. But it was really good, the room smelled nice and looked very clean. the metro station was just beside the hotel.

breakfast. anything would do , instant coffee , soft drink for the kids , biscuits,not bread , included in the price of the room .it’s not home without food .

The property is a hotel for one night overstay. It is functional but not super comfy nor super clean. However, the staff is very accommodating and warmly welcoming which makes it a great value for dollar for whoever is looking just for a place to drop.
