We liked that we had the private corner with our own bathroom and section of the balcony, where we enjoyed a glass of wine watching the stars, and cups of coffee in the morning. Everything was very modern and clean. The area feels safe with great connections and our host was lovely.

Helpful friendly host, aided us to book a taxi to the airport, brought chilled water. Bed comfortable, own bathroom with good shower, balcony. Great breakfast, fresh croissants, fruit and coffee. Host chatted but didn’t impose.

Room quite small - we had 2 big cases - but storage space was available. We arrived earlier than our stated time and the host was not available to let us in, however that was our mistake.

We had a very pleasant stay at Yannick's b&b. He is an attentive host and was supportive in organizing our stay in Paris. He can arrange a very good breakfast with home made yogurt and jams. He also gave us the possibility to store our luggage until the afternoon on the check-out day, which was very practical. The apartment is not in a touristic area, which has also its advantages, but very well connected to the main attractions by underground. The building has a lift, and the rooms have a nice décor, one has even a terrace, which is quite rare in Paris.

On Booking the accommodation was presented as a family suite for 4. In fact there are 2 double rooms with a separate bathroom of exclusive use . I contacted the host, and he explained this by message. This was still fine with us, since the rooms were close to each other and the space for the guests was kept for their own use, but I suggest to clarify this in the description.

Great localisation, near to several metro lines. The room is spacious enough for two people. The bathroom is well equipped. Cool addition to that is the terrace where you can sit and relax with great rooftop view. Yannick is really kind and helpful host. He manages the household really well and is always eager to help with his great tips. He also considered our diet restrictions in breakfast. We really enjoyed staying there. Many thanks!

The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The host is super nice.

But since the breakfast was the same for the whole trip(five nights), then it gets a bit boring at the end. So a small suggestion is to change the breakfast every two or three days for the people who stay more than a week.

The host was very helpful the and went out of his way to assist us with our stay including train travel. Access to washing machine. Breakfast good but would be improved with cheese slices rather than only jam, healthy cereal and fresh fruit.

Breakfast as outlined above. No access to a refrigerator, unless disturbing host.
