The hotel was cozy and secure, and the staff themselves were brilliant. Especially Jack, Shayma and Kami, who went above and beyond - they were so welcoming and helpful during our stay. Jack even offered to provide directions to landmarks on our first day. The reception was 24hr, as well as the bar and downstairs coffee machine. The room itself was spacious and had a large window and A/C. Additionally, we were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in to explore the city, as well as after check-out so we could continue to enjoy Paris before going to the airport. The hotel is also only 5mins from a Metro station and downstairs is a grocery store. Breakfast was also very good in the morning.

The room we had seemed to be an accessible bathroom, which meant there were no separate wet and dry areas. However the floor did dry pretty quick.

I have to say amazing things about the host, the weekend hosts and night time and even the mooring host. They were so amazing, I canceled my hotel elsewhere and stayed here. This hotel goes above and beyond and they accommodate you and your family. The host were literally like family members especially Isiah he is night time host he kept me company and he just made me feel so welcome he helped us book an extra night and he is so excelent. Everyone in this hotel goes above and beyond wish the rooms where bigger and had bigger options for families of More than 4 ppl but it was amazing.

Small rooms no space to move

customer care was excellent, the staff couldn't do enough to make your stay a good experience . Our room was a good size with a wet room and the bed was so comfortable . They done pizza's at night which were very good and the breakfast was reasonably priced and had a good selection . The metro was only a 3 minute walk away.

there wasn't a lot of good places to eat out close bye mostly fast food joints but we went to a place called " Cafe D L'industrie " next to the metro and the staff we're very nice and we enjoyed the food and drinks there .

The staff, specially the night shift guy, who's working in another Ibis but comes sometimes to help, he was really really nice.The rooms was also nice a bit small for exemple a double room was a bit small for two but it was still good looking. I will for sure come back again

The location is really not it , lot of crackheads but they just stare they won't hurt you or anything , the streets stink more than them (respectfully)

We booked a night, me and my niece. The check-in was fast, but remember you need to pay city tax. Besides that, everything was good. The staff is friendly informative and always available. The check-out was good as well, everything went so smoothly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Cleans bed and bathroom. Everything we needed for the night as we stayed outside all day. It is far from the city center, maybe half an hour by subway or a 1.30-hour walking.

Upgraded on arrival from a room for 4 to adjoining rooms which was a lovely surprise! Hotel was very clean and quiet, friendly and helpful staff.

Originally booked as it was advertised as having underground parking, however, when we tried to book this we were informed that it didn’t have parking. There is parking but we weren’t permitted to use it, so we had to park quite a walk away which also cost us an additional €35.

It was a very clean hotel with helping staff. Location was good with few minutes walking from metro . You could find various supermarkts nearby . Some of them were almost 24 hours open. One of personal belongings was lost. The hotel staff helped me very nicely and sincerely. Thee tried to reach me many times about the although I was already back.

The rooms were smaller than it seemed. I dont know all the rooms were like that. Our room was located in the corner. Maybe that was the reason that it so small was. I could move with difficulty in the room but it was not that bad

The room was quite clean. Bed was very comfortable and big. Shower pressure was very nice. Location was ideal for where I wanted to be.

The bed is big, yes, but the room is not. So you can only get in from the bottom side of the bed, which makes no sense. Or squeezing on one of the sides, the other is completely against the wall. Could have more options for clothing. I had booked 2 nights for a specific price and when I had to change it to 1 night, it cost me only 7€ less. A bit ridiculous.

The hotel, staff and facilities were all so lovely. I had travelled to Paris for my birthday and they'd included a little gift and card which I really appreciated. Everything about the hotel was lovely; we just found the rooms to be quite small. But location and accessibility made it worth it.

The place is very clean, modern, and simple. For a 2 night trip it’s perfect. All new fixtures in the room and bathroom. The staff were polite and always made us feel welcome. We had a small emergency and the desk manager was so helpful. The location is also good, even though it’s not central. Paris is so small we walked into the centre easily, the metro is close, and there are always share cars and scooters around.
