location. although metro 9 goes directly to the trocadero, some stations where other metro lines intersect, the position itself is far away and some 23 stations approx. 40 minutes from the trocadero.

The staffs are very nice, especially, Angela & Nicholas. The convenience being close to a supermarket, small restaurants & bars, boulangerie, pharmacy, etc. A Safe place, close to metro & bus stations

Just a day's trouble on the elevator. It got fixed after 4-5 hours. A bit smelly from the old carpet in our 7th floor. You only get one time cleaning service in 7 nights stay. It needs every 2 days cleaning like new towels. The hot water in the shower sometimes it shifts to cold water

The staff was wonderful—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Everything was really great, thank you. Just a small thought — the rent could perhaps be a little lower. It wasn’t overly expensive, but if it were slightly more affordable, it would be even better.

Clean and new apartment with great sunrise view out the window! Honestly the view was a pleasant surprise. Small kitchen so dont expect too much. It’s like hotel with elevator except they charge extra if you want to clean your room during your stay. Also we requested a crib for baby but it was old and broken so we didn’t really use it. Location is far but the price is ok. They offer relatively cheap space in the garage if you have car. It would be perfect if the location was a bit closer to the center and with cleaner neighborhood.

Clean decent rooms and lovely to be able to cook as eating gets expensive and also not always what one wants to do. The photos provided were of rooms only available for the permanent residents and so we felt a bit misled. We even requested a corner room with views and were told to ask again on arrival which we did only to discover the hotel is part permanently rented and those rooms were not available. So our room was very small and Paris was impossible to see during the olympics so we stayed in our room quite a lot. The breakfast felt a little underwhelming and we would have preferred not to take breakfast option and make our own. There is also a major construction going on in a building next door with jackhammers and clatter clang during the day but bearable if you stay on the side facing away. All in all decent place but very compact.

It is a nice place for a family. There is hot plate, microwave and utensils therefore we can do a quick cooking for our meals. It is located very close to the tram station - Maire de Miribil and a short walking distance to metro station - Port de Montreul. Very easy to transfer in and out of Paris. It is in a central position between CDG and central paris. Ideal location to stay and explore Paris. It is very easy to transfer to disney world from here within 1 hour.

Room is smaller than what I expected for a family. Less space made litte uncomfortable for us and kid when in the room.

Clean apartament, simple equipment but enough for a few days, near to the metro station, market just near the apartamen

The place is really comfortable and cozy. The room had a complete kitchen set provided to us and was functional for us to create our meals if we wanted to. Also the location is close to 2 metro lines the M5 and M9. You can reach the city center within 20 minutes (Alma station if you are going on M9).

I guess there was nothing specific we would want to improve. But if we are too particular, then may be the bins provided could be a bit bigger as we felt they filled up pretty quickly for a family and if you are staying more than a couple of days.

Pros - good, clean rooms the room size was a bit small for 2, but it was manageable Value for money 10 min walk to metro station - a bit far from city centre but very much manageable Grocery stores nearby Staff are heplful

The hotel was great. Very convenient walking distance to 2 metro lines. Super convenient for anyone who likes to cook because there are 3-4 supermarket before the hotel! Overall good stay. The room heater was perfect for the weather but it did get too stuffy.

Felt unsafe walking back in the late night. There were a lot of people eye balling us after we got out of the metro. Just don’t head back late I guess?
