I don’t know who could complain about the service of this hotel and why. This is a nice hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff in a good location in the suburbs of Paris. Unlike what many reviews said, the area is quite safe and me and my friend had zero problems arriving every night past midnight. As for the hotel itself, we really enjoyed the comfortable premises, the efficient and daily room service, the delicious breakfast, the wonderful staff, the nice views from our windows, the area and everything else. The rooms were clean and tidy and there’s a popular street market set up during the weekend on the street in the front where you can find cheap clothes, food and other things. It’s a must if you really want to experience the diversity of what Paris actually is. I’ll certainly be back! A special thanks to Igor, who treated us with utmost care and solved our problems with such kindness.

I liked everything

Very nice employees and great breakfast options. The location was great for us as we don't mind travelling by public transport. The room itself was quite small, but as we were only there for 3 nights this was perfectly fine. The grocery shop right behind the hotel also came in handy for drinks and other snacks.

The only downside was the size of the bathroom. It was quite narrow and small and there was no proper shower curtain or door, so when one of us showered the entire floor would be wet.

A nice hotel overall but the rooms need a bit of upgrades. The staff were friendly, you have parking underground with easy access to the hotel lobby. Close to metro station with easy access to the city center.

The breakfast and the bathroom!!! The pancakes and maple syrup were very tasty! The location of the hotel was extra convenient! The lobby is very beautiful too. The staff were helpful and friendly. I love my bed.

I didn't like being watched by the breakfast manager when eating my breakfast. I also didn't like how the rooms has no heater. Paris was VERY VERY COLD when I went, so have a heater would have been useful

The hotel provided the basic services and everything was clean, nothing fancy but everything was OK. Blankets were extremely clean and white 👌 Also they provide a multi charger / USB in the room.

A bit expensive for the location and size of the bedrooms. It was clean but some little stains in the room carpet. The rest was perfect and simple.

Well situated hotel, 450 meters from the nearest metro station. The rooms are small however enough for a short stay. the hotel staff is friendly. Private secure parking available for guests arriving in car. Costs 15 Euro per car per day. A big supermarket is located nearby

The area around the hotel is a bit dodgy. Not pleasant to walk around with small children. The elevator doesn't reach all floors and so you have to take the stairs to some floors. Also the elevator from the parking to the reception was not in use.

WE HAD A VEIW OF THE EIFFEL TOWER!!!!!!! The room was a little small but the best nights sleep I've had in a while. Not far from the metro station but big groups of men being quite loud and trying to talk to us on the way. Room was quite clean but the window didn't open even a little bit so it was quite stuffy.

Small room, Bathroom could have been cleaner but good size. Window didn't open so felt very groggy in the room.

The staff was very nice, they even willingly printed fly tickets for us on the day of departure. The room was small, but we only went there to sleep in the evening, so it was enough for us. It was clean on everyday. Breakfast was well organized and in a nice place with a view.

The surroundings of the hotel were terrible. There were strange and unpleasant people everywhere, especially to us woman as foreigners. In the evening we were really afraid to go from the metro station to the hotel. There was dirt, trash and a lot of rats all around. Despite the surroundings, the hotel was problem-free. The only thing that bothered me was that sometimes strangers sat downstairs next the reception and annoyed us every time we walked around (sometimes unpleasant compliments). As for breakfast, there was a large selection of especially sweet, which is great but not large selection of cheese and no vegetables.

It was clean and the people was Very helpful.

The toilet door was pointing out on one side of bed so if someone wants to go they had to go down one side of the bed and might wake up the people who sleeping in that's bed
