The location was excellent, literally next to the metro station and in close proximity to some bakeries and small restaurants. However, be aware that street noise is definitely a factor; if you find it difficult to sleep in noisy areas, you might want to think twice. I loved the bed; it was comfortable, but the pillows were too big and not soft enough. If they address this issue, it would be perfect for someone like me Everyone was incredibly friendly, especially the person at the reception who resembles Santa Claus – he was an excellent host.

I enjoyed everything, except for the stairs – they are quite challenging. There's no lift, so if you have lots of heavy luggage, consider requesting a room on the first floor. Additionally, the pillows are quite uncomfortable. Using smaller, softer pillows would greatly improve the sleeping experience. I was aware of everything I'm mentioning here, so it was within my expectations.

Nice small hotel with friendly staff, located perfectly just in front of the metro station. You can find a lot of restaurants and small stores nearby. Very good for the price.

It was not an issue for us, but it is worth mentioning - there is no elevator and stairs are very steep. For healthy people with small suitcase it is not an issue, but if you have difficulties with walking or big heavy suitcase try to ask for a room on the ground floor.

Location to the metro and amenities ( restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores) was great. Staff was friendly and hotel felt secure. Locking front door with attendant - that seemed 24 hour. Room was small but that was expected and described accurately. Small fridge, kettle and microwave was great. Very clean and new towels offered daily. We were on the first floor and you could hear traffic, however ear plugs help. This 'business' is also what makes the location GREAT. A real, authentic and culturally diverse community. Lots of variety of food. Funky old building.

Bed was not very comfortable mostly due to pillows. Very clean though...we looked VERY closely due to bedbug hype in Paris. Steep stairs if mobility is an issue.

It was a good stay, a nice room full of light, with a comfy bed and all necessary assets. The guys at reception were welcoming. Although a bit peripheral, the location is good, the metro line 9 (that reaches the Champs Élysées and the Bois de Boulogne) is right in front of the entrance, and down the street there are the metro line 1 (Louvre) stop and the bus line 86 (Latin Quarter) stop. The surrounding area offers everything - bars, restaurants, supermarkets, public laundry. The only note for future visitors, as mentioned, is to consider that there is a steep staircase in the hotel, which may not be adapted to everyone. For the others - it's a nice little piece of sport.

The hotel is located directly next to a metro station which is amazing. The room was a standard room and everything in it was fine. Every day you get clean towels and a restock of instant coffee packets or tea bags, which was lovely. Cheking in and out was simple, there is a polite receptionist at the door.

The room doesn't have air conditioning. There is a fan, but on a really hot night that isn't enough. The street is really loud and busy so you have to close all the windows to be able to sleep. The hotel doesn't have an elevator and the stairwell is really steap and narrow so it isn't accessible for everyone.

The toilet is shared (but it is still very clean), but the sink is in the room, which makes things much easier and more comfortable. The metro is literally in front of the hotel's main door and all procedures (check in, check out...) are easy and smooth. The beds are comfortable and the area is a bit noisy but full of places where you can eat and have a walk. All of this comes at a surprising price, given the average price of hotels in Paris. I'll definitely come back to Paris, and come back here.

If I had to find something that was a bit annoying, for some reason the light in the toilet room kept shutting down every time as I was walking in at night. Not great, but it might be my fault. Also, if you have big bags, the staircase can be a tough one

The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with hot water, our own kitchen, and a private bathroom. The hotel does not have an elevator, but that wasn’t an issue for us since we were on the first floor. Perhaps the greatest advantage was that the Metro entrance (Line 9) is right in front of the hotel’s entrance. Additionally, there were many bus lines nearby, making transportation very convenient. The area is surrounded by plenty of bakeries, supermarkets, and small restaurants.

The area is noisy, with constant traffic on the road. This is good in a way for safety, but on the other hand, if you’re a light sleeper, you might struggle with that. Of course, this isn’t the hotel’s fault. A real drawback, however, was the difficulty with heating. Our room had a small radiator that needed to stay on all day to warm the room – but not the bathroom, where it remained cold :/ There should have been at least one more small radiator in there. Thankfully, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets :)

The hotel is extremely well located, the exit of the metro is in front of the hotel. The neighborhood is calm, and you have supermarket, chinese store, pharmacy, bakery a blovk away. The view from the toom is spectacular, but the stairs to go to the room are very small, so make sure that is not a difficulty for you. Rooms have fridge, kettle, coffee, and tea. Everything is very clean even considering that bathrooms are shared.

The rooms were clean and cleaned daily, there's a fridge in the room and a fan. The hotel is literally in front of the metro entrance that brings you to the city centre so great location, we were surprised by how quiet it is at night time (we had great sleep) and the hotel staff is also really nice. There's plenty of shops, restaurants and boulangeries around, anything you need is only a few minutes walk away!

The stairs to get to the upper floors are tough but totally manageable They only give you one towel per person, it's a bath towel, we would've appreciated an extra one to dry our face in the morning, but they change them every day so it was still ok

Maraîchers Line 9 metro station 2-3 steps, bus line stops from front door of L'Union, at active intersection. Classical architecture building, My room, 203, had two big windows of the interesting intersection below. Bars, boulangeries, bazars, BNP ATM, Carrefour grocery, restaurants immediately upon exiting hotel. Strong wi-fi and daily cleaning.
