Lovely renovated Hotel nearby various transport options. Breakfast was Ok, especially for Paris. You could refill you water bottle on reception floor, thoughtful for a hot day. So it's nice option for a short family stay with a moderate budget

Please note that rooms are rather small, but it is a traditional issue for Paris. Taking into account that Paris is a touristy city, English language proficiency could be improved for a reception desk personell. However, it did not caused troubles due to managers' hospitality and we had some French knowledge. An iron could be changed for a new and better one.

This is a very good budget property. No frills, but clean rooms and a friendly, helpful staff.

Great hotel and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I was impressed by the great service. This hotel deserves more stars. I do not understand the bad reviews. The hotel was super clean, newly renovated and we did not hear any noise during our 2-night stay. Yes the room is not very big but it is Paris and the hotel is in a great location so for the price it is more than enough. The bed was also extremely comfortable. If you want a clean room(with a window) for a decent price and be close to the best neighbourhoods(11 eme and Le Marais) this hotel is perfect. You are close to 2 lines of Metro and have shops and cafes nearby. You can easily walk to Bastille and other nice neighbourhoods. Be sure to walk to Cafe Singuliers for the best latte and cookie in town!

Helpful and friendly staff, we got lucky and they checked us in earlier without any problems! Good location, the breakfast time was very convenient (until 10:00, 10:30 on weekends). Handy water station in the lobby. Actual 24h reception desk. Overall a decent hotel to stay.

Neither of the following was crucial for us, but could use some attention As we only stayed for two nights, we asked at the reception to not clean the room during our stay, yet they still cleaned it 🤷‍♂️ The rooms sound insulation could be better. Although they give dental and shaving kits on request, I do not get it why you just don't put a couple of those right away in the room. The shower cabin was kinda tight.

The room was absolutely gorgeous, cozy and very clean. With the touch of tea, coffee and biscuits. Really good comfort.

The lift had a little funky smell. The hotel has newly been renovated at 100% but in as much as I loved my stay I think the lift needs to be either cleaned, or changed, upgraded but definitely something. Also, Whenever the room adjacent to mine would open or cllose, it felt like it was my room being opened and the noise was quite loud and could scare you in the middle the night. But still the experience was really awesome. And the staff were delightful.

An absolute gem ... my third booking at this hotel and certainly not my last. This stay was for 10 nights - two bookings of 5 nights each. The Staff is an asset to this establishment ... friendly, helpful, accommodating, etc. I particularly enjoyed the smallish size of the hotel and its location. Breakfast was a delight, with an indoor and outdoor area and daily room upkeep of a high standard.

Location was very central and transportation was very easy to get anywhere you needed. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Felt very safe and comfortable at the hotel and in the surrounding area. The room was perfect for the price point and I would 100% stay here again if I was visiting.

The bed was super comfortable and it was a nice size for one person. The location was great and the staff was very friendly.

The only issue I had was with the elevator taking forever... Sometimes I had to give up and take the stairs, which wasn't a big deal, except for checking out with a very large and heavy bag.

The room was well compartimented and had a nice view. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed also.

Would be great to have a small fridge in the room.

I was here before. And I'm nicely surprised to see that the hotel is completely renovated. Great job. Hotel is very close to Nation and metro station on line 2 is right in front of the hotel.

The entrance to the bathroom is narrow, because the door does not open completely, being blocked by the radiator.
