The garden is good and quiet place, where you can spend some time after a whole day of tours! Staffs were good and well behaved. Room cleaning happened everyday. Metro station is just 7mins walk from the hotel. Lots of eateries around.

Takes around 40-50 minutes to reach the main spots to see in Paris. Although the metro stops are just 7mins walk from the hotel. Rooms were not soundproof, and I can hear everything from next room and I guess they did too!

The size of the room is huge (maybe because it was a family room, but we were just two of us there), the facilities, the cleanliness, all renovated' the breakfast is very good in the weekend. Small kitchenette is definitely is a nice plus )

Our room was on the ground floor and one night it was very noisy and difficult to sleep. Also, the breakfast during the week days was supposed to be until 10 a.m., but when we came at 9:30 many things we over and we we told by staff that they were not going to refill it (((

The hotel is good. Nice breakfast for Paris and friendly staff. Reception is always ready to help if needed. The room is indeed equipped with an electric kettle, microwave oven, electric hob and a set of dishes. There is always hot and cold water in the water pipes. Our room had a bath. The hotel is quite cosy. There are many small restaurants and pizzerias nearby.

The hotel is well located for walking to the metro station. From the lobby you have to go down (and when you go back up - climb) a staircase of 8-10 steps, which is also very inconvenient for the elderly and disabled (no special electric lift for this ladder). In December the bathroom is very cold, there is no heater.

The bedroom was well equipped with a jug, cups, glasses, tea and coffee, fridge, hot plate. The beds were comfortable. Room was warm and heating adjustable as needed. The shower is over a bath, good hot water Breakfast is very good and offered many choices, all staff very helpful. Overall the hotel was very quiet despite being on a main road. We did not hear street noise and there is lots of greenery. Location is excellent, near to metro and buses, lots of restaurants, bistros and small supermarkets nearby

Only thing I did not like was outside the hotel's control. Noisy neighbours in the adjoining room which had a locked connecting door between the two rooms. Happily we only overlapped for one night. We did not hear the neighbours on the other side when we were in the room.

A little off the tourist path but a wonderful hotel. Everyone was friendly and were fluent in English. They had me down as American as soon as I said Bonjour! That made me smile to know we were welcomed. We welked to a wonderful Street Market around the corner that was amazing and enjoyed our walk to all the sites. We could have taken the metro or taxi but walking was wonderful. Why I chose here was because I used the parking garage. It is very small but once the car was parked we did not start it up until it was time to leave. Will stay here again the next time in Paris!

The small kitchen area was excellent with induction cooker, microwave, fridge, plates & cutlery, kettle, etc. Bed comfortable, nice windows opening out onto courtyard, very clean and receptionist who checked us in very friendly & helpful. Location very good, close to two metro stations, supermarket & excellent Korean restaurant nearby, Morry’s bagel shop across the road which we used for breakfast. Many local restaurants & bakeries.

Room was small, we didn’t mind but some customers may want more space.

The place was good, staff at reception and the lady at breakfast hall were very helpful and friendly. Location was good too, better than the touristic city centre, walking distance to few metro line and REC, very easy to commute in public transport. A lot of eateries and shops around, within walking distance. Overall, we are very happy with our 3 week stay in total.

Breakfast was same everyday for 3 week, may be can add more menu, or some other cuisines. Besides, the fire alarm in room easily get when we use the kitchenette.

Great location in the 12th arrondissement. Easy 35 minute walk to the Marais area for sites/shopping. SO many options for food right around the hotel: bistros, cafés, boulangeries and grocery stores. Close to the bike path and metro stations. Loved waking up with Paris in the morning! Perfect little kitchenette with a burner, tea kettle and microwave.

Windows were not sound proof/thick panes, so if you are a light sleeper you may be woken up the neighbourhood sounds outside.
