Location is very convenient, close to a few metro stations, and a lot of bars, shops, grocery stores in the area.

You should be aware of steep circular steps, no elevator. Key-cards kept resetting, so we climb 4th floor, can't enter our room, then climb down to reception for them to fix card and come back up. Several times during our short stay :) The room we got was very tight/small, but we spent almost no time in the room so it was not too bad.

Thé location is great, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. I was with a 1,5 year old toddler, so being able to boil some water was essential and it was really nice on behalf of the guy at the reception to give me a little teapot. I was also helped to carry the stroller. I chose sixth floor because of the view and it was worth it. I was rewarded with the view of the Eiffel Tower and Pantheon from my window.

The only thing which was not so great was that the Wi-Fi stopped working on the last day.

Convenient, close to subway, close to coffee shops and minimarts, staff were helpful in giving advice, sheets changed every two days and new towels everyday. Perfect for low budget and yet private room...

100% perfect, l knew what l expected, no hassle living, minimum interference, a warm room with a roof over your head with a nice view of the city in a typical Parisian suburb street.

Top Single Room+Wifi. Big windows. The last reception I met-young boy + cleaners are super nice.

Neighborhood. However it depends on personal taste. If u like Asian +european merged couture. It’s a good place. If not, do not recommend (personally I dislike) Touch my nervers. Personally my holiday + week routine no difference.

Bed was comfortable, staff members were nice, lot's of restaurants, bars around and metro lines too. Clean towels and linen

Bathroom really really dirty. Can be cleaned easily from mold with brush and spray. Look like someone just can't be bothered. Not a minus of hotel but recommend to take earplugs.

Modest hotel on excellent location in nice neighborhood with lots of stores, markets and restaurants nearby. Various public transport stations around which lead directly to main city sights. Room is very clean and staff is helpful.

A kind and helpful staff. Not a fancy hotel, but great value if you just need a bed and somewhere to store luggage the next day. Beautiful view of the city from our balcony, great area.

Be prepared to walk up several flights of stairs. Bathroom/shower combo. Worth it for the price.

District is rich for bars, cafes, restaurants, local/Asian food. Room with a window to the street, good atmosphere.

Narrow stairways like in medieval tower :) but that was even funny. No refrigerator, no water in the room. Prices in Paris are target hight for such modest rooms. But in Barcelona where we are now this is much much worse :(

Very nice balcony! Clean sheets, very nice blankets. And fantastic boulangerie/epicerie "Maison Ounissi" very close to you - best cakes and baguettes I had ever eaten, absolutely delicious.

the shower could be more elegant. But for this price everything is ok

Very good location, close to city centre, there is public transport nearby. Bed was very comfortable, our room had hangers and a TV

There is no elevator, so have that in mind if you are traveling with a lot of luggage or if you can't use stairs
