This was our second visit - we were so impressed with the hotel last year, we came again, and it did not disappoint. The rooms are stylish and amazingly clean, although just as small as you'd expect (for the money) in central Paris, especially the ensuite. This is compensated for by the large comfortable bed, the Nespresso (bring your own pods) and the powerful shower. There is a lift, but no communal rooms, just a reception area (which is staffed, as far as I can tell, 24/7 which again is not the norm in many hotels). Convenient for the Gare de Lyon, local markets and the extraordinary Promenade Plantee (a high level walkway on a converted metro line), this is an excellent value for money hotel, and we will be coming again ...

For the price the size of the room is great, with very comfortable beds and even two different pillows. Room and bath were both very clean and well presented. The location is great, only a short walk from Gare de Lyon from where you can reach practically any destination in Paris.

Minor setback - The bathroom could use an update. While everything was working fine, the showerhead holder was broken or missing, the tap handle was hard to turn up and down, and the toilet cover was half uncovered and the water kept running at times.

Location was excellent and the room was properly clean. The staff was really welcoming and helpful. I stayed over the weekend and the area was quiet. Lot of restaurants and cafes around and the hotel itself only a couple of minutes from Gare de Lyon with a lot of transportation options.

The top of the toilet flush was broken and there was some missing isolation in the shower cabin so there was some water on the floor after each shower, however the room and bathroom were clean every day and a new set of towels provided 🙂

Honestly for the cost we paid, which was extremely reasonable I was a little sceptic. However we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfy, you have a nice private bathroom, fast internet, flat screen TV... But the staff is extremely helpful, friendly and competent. Another bonus is the great location - close to Gare de Lyon, various buses and metro. It's within walking distance to major sites and attractions. Definitely coming back! Strongly recommend!

On a general level hotel and room were clean and the staff was friendly. The price was good compared to other paris prices at the time. Bed was very comfy.

Bathroom should have some updated and could do with a thorough cleaning (corners were black (mold?) and we could see previous guests's drawings on mirror after shower. Our airconditioning kept breaking and the hair dryer did not work at all. The property was very noisy and we could hear everything from other rooms on the floor. This did not bother us much but definitely would not recommend for light sleepers.

Very nicely situated, close to Gare de Lyon but still very quiet and safe district. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to come and go. Room was sufficient, small fridgerator and enough storage space. Good shower and new towels every day.

We had cold bathroom because the window could not be locked properly. Also there was unsafe electric outlet in the bathroom. Floor was not cleaned the intire time. Its good that we had new towels but for sustainable reasons, I would recommend to put sign for customers if they want to change towels (usually you left towels to the floor if you want them to be changed).

Room was big and comfortable, and so was the bed although it was 2 put together and had a seam. Liked having a small fridge and somewhere to hang clothes. Location was excellent - close to the train station, lots of bars and cafes, and the linear park.

Smallest sink ever so I got my feet wet whenever I washed my face. Shower overflowed onto the floor sometimes. Would have liked a little table in the space - the room was quite large and could easily have accommodated it. Netflix didn’t work and wasn't fixed when reported. The walls were a little thin but our neghbours were pretty quiet.

It is wonderfully located, the staff were helpful and kind, and the room was gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable, daily housekeeping kept everything well and tidy, and the desk was quite roomy and mesh closet super useful.

The sink/bath section didn’t have its own light, and in general the room was very warmly/dimly lit; very relaxing and aesthetically pleasing, but it was difficult to shave and do makeup. There was also an odd smell that would come from the bath when people flushed their toilets, from dry pipes I assume. I also much prefer showers to bathtubs, but we made do with the shower head attachment, and that is just a personal preference.

This hotel room was everything we needed from a single overnight stay near the train station in Paris. It offered good value for money; the room was simple and small but comfortable.

I would have appreciated a free coffee pod to go with the machine in the room, rather than having to pay, but we did opt for the cheapest room available with breakfast not included. The location was good and I would return, but I wouldn't stay here for more than a few days.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I didn’t have an adapter and the guy on the front desk was kind enough to lend me one for my stay. Beds were very comfortable and I slept amazing! Shower was very high pressure which was great. Amazing location, right next to transport and easy to walk around to sights. I felt very safe as a solo woman traveller. Thank you for my stay!

Slightly noisy on the mornings, however the AC helped to drown the noise out. Couldn’t work out how to use espresso machine or hairdryer- may be useful to give a guide in the rooms for this.
