We had one night here, it was raining so we loved the Juliet Balcony to watch people coming and going. Check in staff member was very welcoming as was the breakfast staff member. We were next door to Gare du Lyon for our TGV. Clean room, good wifi, small bathroom but absolutely fine for us.

The room was clean, modern, quiet and confortable. The location was excellent.The access to the metro station was literally a few steps away from the entrance of the hotel. It made getting around Paris easy!!! Absolutely loved the French breakfast as well! I have to mention the staff, most spoke English and they all were friendly and extra helpful.

There was no in-house laundry services. We stayed five nights and had to use the services around the street corner.

Ideal location for station for onward journey to southern Europe. A short walk to the banks of the Seine and Notte Dame.The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and we were able to access all hot and cold drinks throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and leaving our luggage safely with them whilst we awaited our onward train was a bonus. Highly recommended and we will be revisiting.

It was perfect

I booked this hotel due to the location near Gare de Lyon. The room was compact, as was the bathroom. the bed was nice and comfy, pillows were too. I was only there for an overnight stay, it is in a busy part of Paris, but the traffic noise becomes background noise after a bit. The train station was just a 3 min walk away, which was really handy, and there were plenty of food options too.

This room met my needs. :)

Very good location, right next to Gare de Lyon and metros. Good breakfast spread. Very friendly staff. That also helped hold our luggage for a few hours after check out.

Rooms are small, but I guess that is par for Paris. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and functional. Since it was just 2-3 days, it was fine.

Perfect location, less than a minute walk from entrance to Gare de Lyon metro station. Plenty of restaurants around the street as well, and the room was a perfectly spacious size for a solo traveller. Very safe and friendly atmosphere too, with amazing breakfast options!

A microwave or mini bar fridge might have been a nice addition to the room.

The Breakfast was great , an assortment of fresh bread and pastries , variety of cheeses and cold cuts , fresh fruit , cereals , yoghurt and eggs that you boiled in a boiling water container to your liking . Fresh orange juice and great coffee from the machine. Location perfect for restaurants , Gare du Lyon and for walking along the Seine to Notra Dame etc. Rooms as the Hotel had been renovated in good taste . Very comfortable stay.

I arrived after 11pm one evening with no one at the desk for about 10 minutes to let me in. It wasn't clear how to push the bell to give them notice. I suggest they write "poussez" on the part that rings the bell as it is very obscure. Even a kind gentleman from the cafe next door had difficulties finding it.

Early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability of course). 24/7 availability of some snacks, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Friendly and accommodating staff and receptionist. Breakfast is ok. Accessible to metro and main train lines. Keep luggage for guests. Airconditioned rooms. Though not that spacious, everything is clean.

Elevator is only until 5th floor. You need to take the stairs if your room is on the 6th, though they will offer assistance if you have a lot of things or baggages.

Beautiful room. Perfect location next to a subway like to get into central tourist spots around Paris quickly and walking distance to Bercy Arena.
