The hotel is located in a beautiful, authentic Parisian building. We met an exceptionally professional and kind staff here—everyone did an excellent job. The housekeeping team cleaned and tidied our room beautifully every day (thank you again for the care!). Some important information: the hotel is situated along Metro Line 14, right next to the Gare de Lyon station, making it directly accessible from Orly Airport by metro. A half-board service is available upon request, which offers very affordable meals. An excellent dinner is available at a particularly low price, with only drinks charged separately. As far as I know, the neighboring restaurant also offers a discount even without the half-board option. The partner restaurant is Fosca, where the buffet breakfast is also served. The waitstaff are very kind and patient, and the cuisine is excellent.

Traffic can be a bit noisy in front of Gare de Lyon, but the windows block most of the noise effectively. The bathroom would be more comfortable with a ventilation system, but honestly, that's the only negative.

I loved the balcony, overlooking the train station. Felt very historical and old world. As did the whole hotel! The front desk attendants were great. Checkin was smooth and he understood i waa leaving a day early and dropped late checkout, checkout was a breeze and they called a taxi for me to pick up at the door.

The elevator was small, but efficient. Just claustrophobic for anyone avoiding small spaces. This was the first time I stayed at a hotel in the heart of some city action so it was overwhelming with the crowds and noise. But thats a personal thing, nothing to keep the seasoned traveler away.

Super-convenient location for Gare de Lyon. The hotel may not look much from the outside, with the entrance sandwiched between two cafés, but inside it's really very pleasant, with friendly staff and nicely decorated. Our room was spacious and very quiet, at the back of the hotel away from the busy boulevard, and we had the unexpected pleasure of a little private terrace. The bed was comfortable, the decor smart and the bathroom clean and modern. We paid €133, which we felt was pretty good value for the location and the quality of the room, but prices quoted on booking.com seem to vary a lot.

The staff are friendly and attentive. I liked the staff who serve breakfast.

Terrible staff in the restaurant during dinner. The agreement of the hotel with the Fosca restaurant is a mistake. Since first of all the staff takes care of customers from the street. Waiting for ready meals can last up to 1.5 hours. Sometimes the ingredients of the finished dish differ from the description on the menu. Manager Mustafa is not attentive, not neat. We do not recommend dining at this restaurant.

This hotel is a great place to stay when travelling by train from Gare de Lyon. The place is impeccably clean, good size bedroom and a very comfortable bed - what else do you need? I cannot make any comments about breakfast as we didn't have one, but the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to fellow travellers.

The wallpaper in the room appeared somewhat old and could do with a bit of refurbishment, but it didn't affect my general view of the hotel - I still believe it's a great place for a short stay.

Great location next to Gare de Leon station. We were able to walk easily with our luggage. Staff was very accommodating in helping us store our luggage when we arrived early and left late. You must dine at Le Train Blue across the street.

There was only one key card provided. There was no coffee maker, just a kettle and instant coffee packets. Staff members tried to discourage us from dining at Le Train Blue saying the food is no good. We went and the food is amazing.

Staff friendly and patient with my broken French. They were also very accommodating and did not cast 'shame' when I had an "issue" with the toilet. Thank you. For me the colors in the room felt warm and inviting. It was a real treat having a bathtub!

I liked the friendliness and the amazing kindness of the staff I also appreciated the very central location of the hotel, just couple of steps away from the Paris gare de Lyon train station The breakfast was pretty good as well, even though I think it was a bit expensive (15€ but all good was super fresh)

We liked the warm welcome from Inais (spelling?) at reception when we arrived - he was absolutely lovely and very kind and patient. We enjoyed seeing him there each afternoon/evening. We also liked the staff in the restaurant who were all friendly and helpful, both at breakfast time and dinnertime. Also, our room was always spotless thanks to the housekeeper. The location was perfect 👌 for getting around Paris easily. Thank you to everyone at the hotel. We loved our stay and would happily return!

The hotel is very helpfully situated opposite the Gare de Lyon, as promised, and is easy to find. The room was big enough for one, and had a tiny balcony outside as well. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and very friendly. They spoke excellent English. It has a lift, which is great for getting heavy suitcases up to the fifth floor; the lift is tiny, just about room for 2 people with cases, possibly four without. There is also a spiral staircase for walking back down. There are cafes right outside the hotel entrance.

The traffic! The traffic is constant, all day and all night, and everybody drives with one hand on the horn, so the noise is constant and very loud all night too.
