Just wrapped up a stay at Hotel Sleeping Belle, and it’s the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience. Location? 10/10. Situated right by Gare de Lyon, it’s super easy to get around. The metro, RER, and bus connections are all within walking distance, making exploring the city effortless. Plus, iconic neighborhoods like Le Marais are just a short stroll away—ideal for those who love to wander through charming streets and discover hidden gems. Service? Amazing. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with local tips or a helping hand. It’s the kind of hospitality that makes a place stand out. Rooms? Cozy, modern, and spotless. The design is sleek yet warm, and the beds? Absolute dream. After a long day in Paris, it’s the perfect place to recharge. If you’re looking for a stylish, well-located, and super comfortable stay in Paris, Hotel Sleeping Belle is a solid choice. Would definitely come back!

- Nice breakfast with options, fresh and tasty. The breakfast lady is super polite and nice. - nice interior, very kind personnel - the room was OK size ( i think some people overreacted in the reviews on the size). - it was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. - There is a lift and it was well sound proof, not too much noise from street or inside the hotel during sleeping hours. - the macarons each day at the lobby was a nice touch - nespresso machine and capsules in the room were great too

- There was no iron in the room (and the iron room is very small and hot) - it was a bit further than expected to the rest of the city - the toiletary compliments the first night were few, we got refill next day but for 4* hotel there should be more and better.

It was close to the Gare de Lyon train station & we could leave our bags on both days when we arrived early & when we checked-out before our train home. They had complimentary drinks & coffee in their tiny foyer and coffee machine with pods with a couple of cool drinks in a small fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable, the tv has Netflix and the bathroom was small but adequate with shower toiletries provided.

There was only one person to check in and they were not available for over 30min due to some emergency they had to go assist another place. We had to wait 30min and some others waited an hour before we could get up to our rooms.

Beautifully designed and artfully decorated, spotlessly clean room with comfortable bed and minimal/no fragrance. Very quiet. Lovely windows with views to the Paris streets and life. Excellent walking location to popular sights (the Metro, buses, taxis, Notre Dame, Parks, Seine, Eiffel Tower, many restaurants, pharmacies, salons, MonoPrix, etc.), very attentive, friendly, kind, multilingual 24/7 front desk assistance for getting around in Paris, personal matters, practicing French, etc. A generous, delicious variety of items (charcuterie, fromagerie, Boulangerie, eggs, soufflé, coffees, tea, hot chocolate, juices, fresh fruit, salad, for the daily breakfast buffet (7-11 am). Evening aperitifs/social with carefully curated wines/drinks and snacks available.

I love the intimate size of the property. I especially love the breakfast room. The service is excellent. The reception staff are warm and welcoming. The decor is soothing and elegant. The location is perfect for us as we travel through Gare de Lyon a few times a year. When we stay, we feel like we’re coming home especially with a complimentary aperol spritz.

Two things: (1) The scent machine in the lobby is unbearable, making the lovely seating area off-limits. Also, it seems cruel to make hotel staff work in such a toxic environment. (2) This was our third stay, but this time for two nights, and by far the smallest room we’ve had. The bathroom was so close to the bed we felt a lack of privacy.

Rooms were fantastic. We had 3 rooms for our family of 5, a single which connected to a queen room and then another stand alone queen room, all clustered together. The location near a major train station, Gare de Lyon, meant you could easily get anywhere in the city. Also Gare d'Austerlitz (quickest way to Versailles) is a short walk across the Seine. Breakfast downstairs was excellent and in a really cool room. There are some great restaurants within walking distance. We went to Nove (Italian) a couple of times. The walk there takes you down some really cool narrow streets that make for excellent pictures. The staff overall was excellent. They were always available and had great recommendations.

- Hospitality - Proximity to train stations/centralized location - Interior design of the hotel - Clean I really enjoyed my stay and loved the additional touches they did for guest experience such as “guest of the day” and holiday celebrations. It’s a cute boutique hotel a two minute walk from two metro stations and close to the river. The hotel is really clean, which I loved. I just wish that there might have been more communication between housekeeping and staff on cleaning the rooms. I was woken up and walked in on twice during my stay. Other than that, all the staff and housekeeping are quite friendly and I would definitely come back here my next visit :)

- Good location, it’s not in the very center of Paris, but for this price this is the best neighborhood you can find - close to several public transport and train stations, several good cafes and restaurants nearby. - The room is very stylish and cozy, we loved the design and were very pleased that the actual room matched the photos on booking. It’s not very big, but enough for a comfortable stay. You get a kettle, a nespresso machine, and even some cute gifts (we stayed in August and they gave us 2 hand fans, which was very nice). - Comfortable bed, big mirror, wardrobe, blackout curtains - At breakfast you can order freshly cooked eggs your way

- apart from the eggs, breakfast is very minimalistic - the staff was friendly, but seemed very confused, as if it was their first week working there (these were 3 different people) - if you need to iron something, you can only do it in the corridor in the ground floor, not in your room - we had some issues with water in our room - regardless of whether you turn on cold or hot water in the sink or in the shower, it’s very hot for the first minute (I’m not exaggerating)… we almost burned ourselves at first

5 mns walk to Metro station Gare de Lyon which was very convenient since we came into ORY. Straight train. 5 mns walk to the Seine, 15 mns to a Bateaubus stop. Epicerie 5 meters from front door. Patisserie a block up.

Shower is badly designed. The door opens into the shower rather than out. Water leaks out while showering. Architect may have missed shower design classes. That is the only negative. Room super comfy, bathroom is nice.

The decor was quite nice inside the bedroom. The location is good. Bed felt comfy. Requested early check in and check out which was possible, it was nice to have the option ( depending on availability). For a short stay, I would book again.

The room was a lot smaller than in the photos. I booked the economy room. On the photos, it said some of the economy rooms have two windows and it looks bigger. I did request 2/3 times for a bigger room with the two windows however I did not get this. I also requested to have a city view but I did not get this too. The bathroom was very tiny and the conditioner bottle was very small, I wasn’t able to wash my hair properly with it (they only gave a tiny bottle between us but it wasn’t enough for one person). There wasn’t much space in the bathroom to hang our towels, only one hook which we put the hand towel on.
