Very clean rooms, and a lovely bathroom and shower. A nice and cosy small Paris hotel. No tea and coffee within the room, but an excellent range of tea and coffee available for guests to make in the lobby area. Breakfast is available at the hotel, but on our one night stay we opted to visit the excellent bakery a few doors down. Lots of restaurant choices in close proximity, and easily accessible from Gare Du Lyon train station. Staff very helpful, and happy to arrange a taxi for us back to the airport.

No tea and coffee in room. This however is the norm for lots of Paris hotels, and e good range of teas and coffee was available in the hotel lobby for guests to utilise free of charge at their convenience.

Greta Location, hot showers, size of room. Overall most staff friendly and helpful. Heaps of restaurants and a supermarket close by. Quieter side of Paris but very easy.

Bed was a little hard for me but my husband didn’t mind it. Asked for no house keeping and had sign up and they came and did room. One staff member was abrupt. The concept of giving key to reception when going out was foreign to us and we didn’t like or understand why. No explanation was given. The complimentary tea/coffee was nice however the provision of milk would have given a better rating .. the little touches count.

We liked the location, close to the Gare de Lyon, in a street of small hotels. We arrived late but received a kind welcome. We had booked a family room, which was up at the top under sloping ceilings and with skylights that opened onto an evocative view of surrounding rooftops. The room was clean and mostly white with simple furniture. The bathroom was modern and convenient with toiletries in big bottles.

The lift is tiny. Three of us with backpacks could just squeeze in.

Although within the Paris city centre area, the location was peaceful, and a major train terminal was nearby. The room and facilities were decent, and the nice-looking breakfast room had good food varieties.

The bathroom shower - it took time to work out how to get hot water, but when I could get it, I had good showers every day.

Great location- no fuss just what is needed at the end of a long day playing tourists. Brilliantly located near Gare De Lyon. Having breakfast included was an unexpected bonus. The lady who looked after us at breakfast was so lovely and patient with our broken French!

Twin rooms are slightly cramped but we didn’t spend too much time in the rooms in any case.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, cleaning the room and clean towels every day! Nice bathroom! The staff was veeeery freandly! The boys at the reception were very kind and they give us many hot spots of the near area(cafes, bars and restaurants). 24hours reception! They keep our luggages after ckeck out until leaving.

The only thing that was disappointing was the noise from the corridor when the other guest were opening their doors and walking in the corridor..

Clean, and was a good base to walk around paris and see the sights. The front desk spoke English, which was a relief for me as this trip was planned on short notice and I didn't have time to learn much French. There were nice restaurants close by, who all had staff that spoke english.

The only small issue I had were the thin walls. I could hear noises the hallway, and the room next door. I'm sure my snoring might have kept them awake too.

Nice warm welcome at the reception even if we did arrive late, comfortable rooms with everything available, plenty of plugholes for charging our devices, small bathroom with good shower and amenities, excellent location and proximity to the station Gare de Lyon, very quiet. We will come back!

Clean, freshly decorated, small room but well organised. Comfortable bed, good shower in a reasonable sized bathroom. Friendly reception.

Thin walls and noisy neighbours are not the best combination, so earplugs recommended. A good VPN would also be handy, given the usual insecure hotel WiFi.

It exceeded my expectations because of the previous reviews I read!!! Lovely welcome, easy checking and check out, lovely room, very quiet, very efficient air con, super comfy beds , staff very friendly, what else can I say….great location as well!!

A little pricey,could have included breakfast… coffee and tea available in reception area but no milk or black tea!! Better if fresh coffee and teabags!! But it’s Paris otherwise no other criticism!!!
