This hotel was in prime position for everything we needed to do in Paris. Only 35mins away from Disneyland. The hotel itself is very small but had everything we needed. The family room was the perfect size. Unfortunately when we were there, there was building works going on on the outside of the hotel (so didn’t have any kind of view) but renovations can’t be helped and I’m sure won’t be up for very long.

The breakfast wasn’t fantastic, due to the size of the hotel it didn’t have much variety however they were kind enough to ask if we wanted any eggs and cooked them for us on request. Opposite is a lovely bakery so went there the other mornings. As most hotels the water in the shower went over the bath making the floor wet all they need to do it put a longer curtain/ glass there.

Excellent breakfast and the woman in charge of it. Modern design ro the room and bathroom. Good beds and linen. Very good value in Paris.

The bathtub glass divider should be attached so that water does not spray over to floor. Also should have a safety bar as the tub is slippery. Room thermostat had to be adjusted at reception.

They are close to train and Metro which makes for convenient travel connection hotel. We were given a very good bistro recommendation by the staff. The area is fine to walk, safe with many shops and cafes.

They are close to train and Metro however they were so close to train that the trains ran under the hotel and our dog thought it was thunder in the middle of the night. She hadn’t been afraid during the day! If possible, request a higher than floor at street level of your do not want to hear the trains low rumble as they travel underground. We were at street level so could hear people passing window.

Good clean hotel. Very safe area. On the main street just opposite the train station. Bus stops, shops restaurants etc. 1 minute walk. Good breakfast.

We were able to check in at the stated time, but only one room was ready. The bathroom was clean. The beds were comfortable and the windows open if fresh air is required. The room is very small, but I understand that is expected in Paris. It was close to Gare de Lyon train station and has a fantastic bakery across the road.

The twin room requested for adult male and female siblings was a double. However when we raised this with the front staff they were quickly able to transfer them to another room, that had two double beds and a lot more room.

Good value for our 1 night stay before flight! It was a short walk from Gare de Lyon. Friendly, helpful front desk staff who spoke some English and arranged for taxi to airport. The room was small yet clean & comfortable with room darkening drapes, good security and also nice view of the street for people watching. The room had electric teapot & supplies to make coffee/tea in the room. We found several cafe/restaurants in the area. I can't comment on their breakfast or walking in the area after 9pm but it seemed quite lively before 9pm. I recommend this hotel if you're looking for safe, clean reasonably-priced hotel near Gare de Lyon.

Staff persons had only basic English skills (but were very willing to help using google translate).

Good family room, double bed in the same room as the king only separated by a stud wall and with plenty of space for a put you up bed in there too. Friendly warm welcome from t.he lovely receptionist, got to leave our suitcases securely then went out visiting straight away. Great location near the jardin des plantes and the batobus. Great breakfast, cooked and continental. Nice firm bed and crisp sheets, everything compact but perfectly formed. Would definitely book again if heading out from Gare de Lyon or just visiting this area, as it was just across the road from the station. Everything was great

We booked the Accessible Room 1 on the ground floor. It was spacious and had great access for a mobility device with 2 beds. On the ground floor it means the window is onto the street so we kept the curtains mostly drawn for privacy. But it’s Paris, so we weren’t there to stay in the room ! The neighbourhood is nice to walk around and being so close to the station makes it an absolute winner .

Being close to the station means it’s a bit noisy so recommend ear plugs.

Room was clean, but there was no access to the beautiful balcony, which is now under construction, which is understandable. A bit disappointed with no internet in rooms. Very happy they had a good breakfast available for a reasonable cost, but was not aware of this. Such a beautiful area to walk and have a meal.

No internet in rooms... Maybe due to stone walls? Would be helpful to mention that there is a breakfast available at the hotel!

An excellent little hotel practically opposite Gare de Lyon station, for the Metro and further trains into France and Europe. Small room with two corner windows and an ensuite bathroom. The buffet breakfast was very good and kept topped up by kind and friendly staff. Stayed for one night as we were moving on, but we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Ate at Maximillian's French restaurant up the road, good French dishes, wine and lovely staff, and reasonably priced. Lots of eating options around the hotel
