Excellent breakfast and the woman in charge of it. Modern design ro the room and bathroom. Good beds and linen. Very good value in Paris.

The bathtub glass divider should be attached so that water does not spray over to floor. Also should have a safety bar as the tub is slippery. Room thermostat had to be adjusted at reception.

Good clean hotel. Very safe area. On the main street just opposite the train station. Bus stops, shops restaurants etc. 1 minute walk. Good breakfast.

We were able to check in at the stated time, but only one room was ready. The bathroom was clean. The beds were comfortable and the windows open if fresh air is required. The room is very small, but I understand that is expected in Paris. It was close to Gare de Lyon train station and has a fantastic bakery across the road.

The twin room requested for adult male and female siblings was a double. However when we raised this with the front staff they were quickly able to transfer them to another room, that had two double beds and a lot more room.

Good value for our 1 night stay before flight! It was a short walk from Gare de Lyon. Friendly, helpful front desk staff who spoke some English and arranged for taxi to airport. The room was small yet clean & comfortable with room darkening drapes, good security and also nice view of the street for people watching. The room had electric teapot & supplies to make coffee/tea in the room. We found several cafe/restaurants in the area. I can't comment on their breakfast or walking in the area after 9pm but it seemed quite lively before 9pm. I recommend this hotel if you're looking for safe, clean reasonably-priced hotel near Gare de Lyon.

Staff persons had only basic English skills (but were very willing to help using google translate).

Good family room, double bed in the same room as the king only separated by a stud wall and with plenty of space for a put you up bed in there too. Great breakfast, cooked and continental. Nice firm bed and crisp sheets, everything compact but perfectly formed. An excellent little hotel practically opposite Gare de Lyon station, for the Metro and further trains into France and Europe. Small room with two corner windows and an ensuite bathroom. The buffet breakfast was very good and kept topped up by kind and friendly staff. Stayed for one night as we were moving on, but we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Ate at Maximillian's French restaurant up the road, good French dishes, wine and lovely staff, and reasonably priced. Lots of eating options around the hotel

Great location near the jardin des plantes and the batobus. Great breakfast, cooked and continental. Nice firm bed and crisp sheets, everything compact but perfectly formed. Would definitely book again if heading out from Gare de Lyon or just visiting this area, as it was just across the road from the station. We were a group of family members and this worked out perfectly.

We booked the hotel in this location as it was right beside Gare de Lyon, one of the stations you get the train to Disneyland from. As we were going to be spending 2 days at Disney, it was important for us to be close to a train station so that we could easily get there (and nice and early on these days!). It was a 2 minute walk to the station and was very easy to buy tickets and get to the platform. The trains to Disney are very regular which was excellent. There was an excellent shop across the road which had a variety of savoury and sweet pastries and sandwiches, etc. It was very handy for us to grab breakfast or lunch there to take away and eat on the train to Disney or out and about in Paris on the days we stayed in the city. We did a lot of walking in the city and we liked that the hotel was close to the Seine. This provided us a lovely way to walk along and we found it easy to get to lots of attractions we wanted to see by foot, although we did walk a fair distance to reach some (but we were aware this would be the case before booking!). The staff were very friendly and booked us a taxi for the airport the day before our departure. The room was fairly small, but it was everything we needed as we didn’t plan on spending a great deal of time in the hotel room. Everything was clean and there was a little space to hang a few items. The room had a safe for valuables and the bed was comfortable.

The only thing that could be improved for us was the bathroom. The shower was very low down so it was not the easiest experience to have a shower, especially for my husband who is 6 foot 2!!! Also our shower cubicle did not have a door, so you had to be careful where you stood in the shower so that the water didn’t spray off of you onto the bathroom floor. Even being careful, there was still a great deal of water on the floor so the bath mat was often soaking before you even stepped out of the shower. Saying that, the bathroom was clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels. It was fine for our 5 day trip but if you were staying for longer this could be annoying!

Perfect location! Located stone-throw away from all major trains, especially Gare de Lyon, Gare d'Austerlitz & Bastille (all just a few minutes' walk) Easy connections to major sightseeing sites and even walkable to a few From CDG-airport easy reachable via regular RER B --> Chatelet- Les Halles Station --> RER A trains The staff was super friendly and very helpful, all hours of the day! Lots of very nice restaurants within the area for brunch Our room on the 2nd floor was clean and very comfortable and we didn't experience any noise at night from the outside (once your windows are closed, it blocks out the street noise, even most of the train sounds) The mattress and cushions very comfortable! Will definitely return to this hotel and can recommend for short stays

The small shower we could deal with, but it's clinging curtains that keeps on hugging your body, while trying to battle to not splash too much water on the floor... that was tricky!
