The location was good. The staff enhances the whole experience. They are so knowledgeable, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Maddie was fantastic in her help in navigating the process of getting tickets to a venue we really wanted to get to. She,as well as all the staff while we were there, were great in helping us navigate the metro to where we wanted to go. We got handwritten notes about sites, restaurants and cafes- and printouts of routes, maps etc if we needed. The staff in the rooftop bar were so friendly and hardworking. Camilla and Emilia? Or Elise? Anyway- it’s enjoyable to be served by people who seem to like what they do. We absolutely loved sunset in the bar and it became our routine to head up there for a margarita pizza and cocktail. It was a great way to unwind and enjoy a great evening meal.

The bed against the wall in the rooms was just ok. It’s not spacious, but understandable given European standards. The rooftop bar seems understaffed at peak times. W

The location and ease of access is unparalleled. The staff at the reception is extremely friendly. The check-in and check-out system could not be much simpler. The room is extremely functional.

The room is quite aseptic, which means that it looks clean but it also doesn’t feel particularly cosy for sleep. The curtain that serves as a divider between the bed and the rest of the room helps to some extent, but it isn’t enough to ensure comfortable sleep. Cleaning staff also didn’t knock before entering the room. These are minor inconveniences, however, when compared with all the positives we found.

Friendly staff, comfortable accommodation, good shower, convenient control system. The staff congratulated me on my birthday with the opportunity to get free drinks at the bar, although I didn't have time to do it, it was very nice. The common waiting room is incredibly beautiful, where you can easily spend a lot of time, the opportunity to leave your things at the hotel after your departure and a convenient accommodation system.Everything is very nice🔥 The Eiffel Tower can be seen from the 16th floor bar

There is not enough of a small kettle and tea in the room to make something sweet at night if you wish☺️🫶🏽

Advance check in system, room automation from curtain to tv, shower, lights, blinds. Breakfast was good and top floor Eifle tower view, best location to reach all famous destination norter dam cathedral, louver, serene river etc, adjacent to central train station which is amazing, paul bakery to city center street cafes nearby, river walk at 200 meter, its awesome location to stay. Only i wish room view should have been river side or eifle tower. be river like was my room view which was facing. Other than its not within city center but at edge which brings taxes lower so the price.

My room view should have been higher elevation with river or eifle tower view. Secondly, they didnt provide any coffee, cattle or tea, mean no pantry. Secondly the washing basin is too small and within room so splashes will reach next to bed room, washing basin shall be inside washroom and not in room.

Location! We needed a place close to Gare de Lyon to catch an early train and this is right there. The breakfast was very good for a buffet with hot and cold items. We could see Notre Dame and Eiffel Tower in the distance. Very modern in function and decor. Shades, lights, TV, temp are all controlled from an ipad. Clean. Reception is one floor up by elevator access.

The rooms are quite small but have everything you need for a good night's rest.. The bed is wedged wall to wall at the window so you climb up on to it. Go to the lounge area at reception for any relaxation in a couch or chair. All rooms have the same layout with the exception of a few for special accomodation.

The hotel is situated next to the train station so very convenient to travel however it does not run on the same Line as the airport so beware transfer to another train is required. The staff are very friendly, most speak English and are more than happy to help in any way that they can. From helping you get directions, making recommendations and prompt housekeeping needs. The beds are comfortable, feels modern with lighting control, curtain control all from an iPad. It includes full black out curtains! The shower pressure is perfect. We were given a complimentary early check in which we appreciated after a 25 hour flight from Australia. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Paris 😍

Nothing I don’t like about the property.

This is a very modern techy hôtel … it’s a great location close to Gare de Lyon and is really quiet thanks to its exterior glazing on top of double glazed windows . Very comfortable beds. An iPad in room that controls everything from lighting to music and the curtains ! No tea or coffee in the rooms but I guess younger travellers under 40 (which this hôtel is aiming for ) would find that old fashioned maybe. Has a nice bar on top floor to enjoy the view. A few small things would improve it : Clean the windows ! The view was amazing but blurred Make sure there’s soap and that the bottles work and also the toilet (under the water ) was stained badly , not dirty but looks bad . That said I would return .

Check in process was quick and easy. we had a nice room with a view of the Seine. Our first room had an issue with the water temperature. We called down to the main desk and they immediatley put us in a different room. service was great. breakfast was good quality. We were able to leave our bags with the staff after check'out so we could still explore the city for the rest of the day and then pick it up later when we left the city.

there was a small silverfish on our beadspread. it´s no big deal, but it´s really the only thing i can think of to write here. We brushed it off and went about our business.

A perfectly situated, reasonably good value city-centre hotel, directly adjacent to Gare de Lyon and the Metro network. Check-in on arrival was greatly aided by a charming member of staff, although looked so easy anyway I could have managed it on my own. I was delighted with the room, on a high level floor with a terrific view of the city. The room was larger than I was expecting and the loo/shower was perfect. I thought the iPad controlled functioning of everything was very effective and easy to use, and I was so pleased to see some UK channels on the TV. Breakfast was excellent, although perhaps a little expensive. All staff I had interactions with were thoroughly charming and very helpful. The public areas were brightly decorated with loads of features (AppleMacs for example), comfy sofas, and felt very welcoming.

For this price it was an excellent stay for us as a couple for three nights in Paris. The bed is so comfortable, blackout curtains ensure a good night sleep. Love the colorful mood lightening on waking hours. Staff was helpful. The location is great - good connections to metro line 1 and 14 which take you to main tourist attractions; a walk to Notre Dame was about 30 mins, many brunch places (recommending Sweet&Salty), bars and restaurants are within the walking distance in Bastille or at the Viaduct (10-20 mins by walk).

Everything was according to our expectations. If I were to complain I'd say the rooftop bar though was a let down and I wish the TV could accept screen mirroring instead of only Chromecast
