The front desk was SO wonderful. I know maybe two sentences tops in French , primarily English speaking but they were so accommodating. Our bed was covering in roses, the jacuzzi was beyond lovely, the lighting options, bed comfort, blackout curtains. Just a perfect stay for Paris!

I wish I could have stayed longer! The road out front was under construction but there’s nothing the hotel can do about that! They even sent us a courtesy email to let us know!

I loved the theme of the hotel and the staff went way out of their way to make sure our stay was superb. I would most definitely recommend a stay there.

The location was ok, not near many major attractions other than it IS about a 7 minute walk to the Moulin Rouge. If you are planning on catching the show, a stay there is 100% suited for it. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Lafayette Galleria which has basically any store you could possibly want. If you’re into long walks, the Eiffel Tower is “only” about an hour walk. It’s not a bad hike on a nice day. And the hotel and spa more than makes up for it when you get back and want to relax.

Staff were very good Quiet location, also quite close to Metro stations. Chic design. Good buffet type breakfast. Spa bathtub in room, and air conditioning available. Good restaurants in the vicinity.

Aircon only goes down to 18 degrees, a bit lower would have been more comfortable (had to open the windows at times instead, which defeats the object and lets noise in). Bath plug was faulty and not dealt with while we were there. Jacuzzi and sauna were not run by hotel itself and prohibitively expensive to use (a shame - we never saw/heard it in use). Tourist tax very expensive but not hotel's fault!

Originally a little apprehensive as looked a little seedy but took the gamble and booked and wasn’t disappointed, we booked a Trocadéro room, which was big enough for our couple of nights. A huge big comfy bed, pillows and bedding. Big fluffy towels and dressing gowns. Excellent location, 2/3 minute walk to the Metro and surrounded by numerous places to eat. The staff cannot do enough for you, very helpful and all speak perfect English. We would defo return to stay here.

My only 2 criticism would be have the curtains open for guests on arrival and it may have been me but in order to go to the toilet during the night all of the lights had to come on not just the bathroom.

The accommodation was perfect. The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and beautiful with the lights. We are definitely coming back when we are visiting France again in the future.

I like the peculiar artistic designs in the Rooms that project different themes of Paris. We (my wife and I) also enjoyed the lighting effects with admixture of colours that could be adjusted from "very bright" when required to "romantic dimness" as it might suit one.

The rooms were rather small as with most hotel rooms in Paris, and it seems they tried to squeeze a room into every space, leaving very little for human circulation. Also, the elevators lighting could have been a bit brighter - but then the dim multi-colour lighting probably fits into the "different experience" which the hotel may be projecting.

Such a lovely hotel in a wonderful area. We explored Paris on foot all day, from the Louvre to the Eiffel Tower, and along the banks of the Seine. had a marvellous time, finishing with a wonderful view over Paris from the top of Les Galleries Lafayette ....and then we got engaged when we returned to the hotel!! It was so quiet, dimly lit, and romantic. We had very nice jacuzzi bath in our room. A totally unforgettable two nights here, we will definitely return (probably for our anniversary whenever we can)!

Nothing, except the shocking price of two glasses of Prosecco we helped ourselves to in the lounge, we didn't check, but seeing as my partner got down on one knee after a glass we don't regret a thing! Lol

We stayed for 3 days and had a very enjoyable time. The room was nice and tidy, with high quality bathrobes and towels. Slippers were also included, so no need to bring your own! The staff was very accomodating and we were able to leave our baggage before our check in and after our check out till our departure time.

200 Euro deposit not mentioned in the booking.com description so it can be a surprise if you are short on cash. But you get the money back right after check out. Otherwise everything else was great and exceeded our expectations.

The staff are multi-lingual, extremely helpful, and very friendly. The offered great advice on the local area. Restaurants nearby are excellent, and not chains. Very short walk to the metro, or a slightly longer walk to the shopping district. Paris is best explored on foot, in my opinion.

It can't be helped due to the nature of the building's age, but the room was small. Not a problem on a city break though. Also, make sure you're close with your room-mate as the bathroom walls are glass.

The staff were incredible and made the whole experience so pleasant. It’s a great location within walking distance of Montmartre but very close to the Metro too There are many fabulous restaurants on the doorstep. The windows are well insulated so there’s no street noise

For us it was a little dark in the lift but that’s just a minor point and sounds strange I know. It was just easier to use the stairs. I think the ambience was dark in general.
