This hotel is well located for Gare de Lyon and close to Quai de la Rapée for Line 5 to Gare du Nord, but in a quiet small street off all the through routes. So you're close to lively areas, but in a street quiet enough to sleep with the window ajar for some air. We stayed for two nights, and found it spotlessly clean and neat, almost spartan, but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was very good, bathroom excellent, and the reception cordial and welcoming. In short, an excellent place to stay that's close to the Gare de Lyon for an early morning departure.

Pillows were a bit spongy for my taste, but I slept fine.

Very clean rooms, and a lovely bathroom and shower. A nice and cosy small Paris hotel. No tea and coffee within the room, but an excellent range of tea and coffee available for guests to make in the lobby area. Breakfast is available at the hotel, but on our one night stay we opted to visit the excellent bakery a few doors down. Lots of restaurant choices in close proximity, and easily accessible from Gare Du Lyon train station. Staff very helpful, and happy to arrange a taxi for us back to the airport.

No tea and coffee in room. This however is the norm for lots of Paris hotels, and e good range of teas and coffee was available in the hotel lobby for guests to utilise free of charge at their convenience.

The hotel is well-located and the room, while small, had what we needed, One caveat for travelers: The first room we were given had a bathtub that was too high off the ground for me to climb into (I'm 5'2"). We asked for another room and got it. This room had a walk-in shower so was fine. We paid for the hotel breakfast one morning and thought it was decent but not great. After that, we bought croissants, etc from the boulangerie at the end of the block, which was terrific.

Greta Location, hot showers, size of room. Overall most staff friendly and helpful. Heaps of restaurants and a supermarket close by. Quieter side of Paris but very easy.

Bed was a little hard for me but my husband didn’t mind it. Asked for no house keeping and had sign up and they came and did room. One staff member was abrupt. The concept of giving key to reception when going out was foreign to us and we didn’t like or understand why. No explanation was given. The complimentary tea/coffee was nice however the provision of milk would have given a better rating .. the little touches count.

We've stayed at this hotel before as it's close to Gare de Lyon and spotlessly clean and simple. Our room this time was on the second floor and as usual was impeccably clean and comfortable with an excellent shower. Reception people were friendly and it's quiet at night. Air conditioning is really good too, which was nice on a hot summer evening.

There's a low shelf above the hanging rail that I always end up banging my head on. It should have a rounded corner.

We liked the location, close to the Gare de Lyon, in a street of small hotels. We arrived late but received a kind welcome. We had booked a family room, which was up at the top under sloping ceilings and with skylights that opened onto an evocative view of surrounding rooftops. The room was clean and mostly white with simple furniture. The bathroom was modern and convenient with toiletries in big bottles.

The lift is tiny. Three of us with backpacks could just squeeze in.

Quiet street near 2 metro stations. Staff pleasant and helpful. Hot and cold drinks available in reception area. The room was compact but fresh,y decorated with a very new looking shower room. Beds made and towels changed every day. A little supermarket just round the corner and eating places nearby.

There was no safe nor kettle in the room which would have been more convenient than going to reception.

The location near Gare Du Lyon was perfect. Just 8 minutes away, so we we could get there easily and get to other parts of Paris within 10-15 minutes. Also, an easy trip to the airport. The people at the front desk were helpful and always available. Just what we needed in Paris.

Shower floor is very slippery. Be careful!

Very convenient for Gare de Lyon (a 6 minute walk with wheelies). Situated in a nice quiet street. A traditional small Paris hotel but with air conditioning. Room and en suite bathroom very clean. Very acceptable continental breakfast with fresh fruit salad and other extras. Will go there again next time we are leaving from the Gare de Lyon.

Although within the Paris city centre area, the location was peaceful, and a major train terminal was nearby. The room and facilities were decent, and the nice-looking breakfast room had good food varieties.

The bathroom shower - it took time to work out how to get hot water, but when I could get it, I had good showers every day.
