We had one night here, it was raining so we loved the Juliet Balcony to watch people coming and going. Check in staff member was very welcoming as was the breakfast staff member. We were next door to Gare du Lyon for our TGV. Clean room, good wifi, small bathroom but absolutely fine for us.

The room was clean, modern, quiet and confortable. The location was excellent.The access to the metro station was literally a few steps away from the entrance of the hotel. It made getting around Paris easy!!! Absolutely loved the French breakfast as well! I have to mention the staff, most spoke English and they all were friendly and extra helpful.

There was no in-house laundry services. We stayed five nights and had to use the services around the street corner.

Ideal location for station for onward journey to southern Europe. A short walk to the banks of the Seine and Notte Dame.The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and we were able to access all hot and cold drinks throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and leaving our luggage safely with them whilst we awaited our onward train was a bonus. Highly recommended and we will be revisiting.

It was perfect

I booked this hotel due to the location near Gare de Lyon. The room was compact, as was the bathroom. the bed was nice and comfy, pillows were too. I was only there for an overnight stay, it is in a busy part of Paris, but the traffic noise becomes background noise after a bit. The train station was just a 3 min walk away, which was really handy, and there were plenty of food options too.

Lovely place, great location, free tea and coffee and water in lobby. Loved that I got my room early because it was cleaned already. I had been up from 4am so I appreciated being able to have a shower and a rest before heading off

Amazing location especially if you want easy access to Gare de Lyon. Convenient metros to get everywhere else. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was cute, nicer furnishings and details than expected.

Only minor complaint was the pillows were a bit thin and only 2 - could use a few more for lounging in the bed

Very good location, right next to Gare de Lyon and metros. Good breakfast spread. Very friendly staff. That also helped hold our luggage for a few hours after check out.

Rooms are small, but I guess that is par for Paris. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and functional. Since it was just 2-3 days, it was fine.

Perfect location, less than a minute walk from entrance to Gare de Lyon metro station. Plenty of restaurants around the street as well, and the room was a perfectly spacious size for a solo traveller. Very safe and friendly atmosphere too, with amazing breakfast options!

A microwave or mini bar fridge might have been a nice addition to the room.

Location for Gare de Lyon was fantastic. Hotel was perfect; beautiful rooms, great shower, delicious and plentiful breakfast, coffee breakfast area 24/7 with hot drinks available and water (cold, tepid and sparkling) on tap and all included with the room. The staff spoke good English. Beds were great.

The Breakfast was great , an assortment of fresh bread and pastries , variety of cheeses and cold cuts , fresh fruit , cereals , yoghurt and eggs that you boiled in a boiling water container to your liking . Fresh orange juice and great coffee from the machine. Location perfect for restaurants , Gare du Lyon and for walking along the Seine to Notra Dame etc. Rooms as the Hotel had been renovated in good taste . Very comfortable stay.
