The hotel is in a safe neighbourhood that is well connected by Metro and has plenty of restaurants, bakeries and food shops. While the rooms are small (very normal for Paris) they are exceptionally clean and in great condition. What sets the hotel apart is the excellent service from the staff, who made our stay so enjoyable. They were very kind to our children and accommodating. Special thanks to Jules who went out of his way to help; nothing was too much trouble. Awesome hotel.

Nothing bad to say about the hotel at all - they were brilliant. But we were disappointed that the amount of crime in Paris seems to have increased since our last visit. You have to be on guard in ALL areas where there are other tourists present. We saw a woman get her phone ripped out of her hand and stolen right in front of Samaraitane department store on Rue de Rivoli (in broad daylight), and on the Metro there were occasions when we felt unsafe (and we are very well travelled). The hotel is in a more residential district and completely fine by comparison. Just be aware.

It is Paris, do not expect a large room, but I stayed in smaller spaces! It is very clean and comfortable, the elevator actually works and is silent. I did not buy breakfast, but many people were eating there in the morning. Silent, fully functional air conditioning, great shower and very comfortable bed. There is a closet in the room and extra blankets and they were very gracious to provide more towels, when I asked. There is a water station that provides still or sparkling water, at the room temperature or cold. That was a really useful bonus in a city where drinking water is an issue. Easy to get anywhere, especially by metro and a bio supermarket just accross the street. Thank you to all staff, for being gracious and suffering through my sloppy French!

This was an excellent little hotel, with wonderful staff! The room was quiet, clean, and cool with air conditioning. The bathroom was also very clean and comfortable. My sister and I traveled together and requested two beds, and both were excellent. The staff went above and beyond to be kind and gracious. We used public transportation to get around primarily, and there are two major stations within easy walking distance. There is a wide selection of little restaurants nearby, everything from cafes to restaurants to bakeries to Burger King, so after a long day of visiting museums and other tourist spots, it's really nice to come back and get whatever you need. There was also room service with a short but well made menu. The breakfast was delicious as well.

I do wish I could've paid in entirety prior to arriving, but this was relatively minor (and may have also been an option and I just missed it).

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and the location is a perfect hub to travel around Paris and Disneyland, with metro and train station with a walking distance. Fantastic neighbourhood, with great local restaurants and shops. If you are staying there, you should try the Le Petit Romeo Creperie, they have the best apple crepe ever. I would definitely recommend Hôtel Du Printemps, it is a hidden gem.

Wonderful staff and very clean room. Comfortable bed, nice air conditioning, great view out side the huge window. Everything is in great condition. They even have an elevator which is a perk in France. Great location right by the metro and great eateries in walking distance. The area is safe and clean and easy to get around. The place is charming and met all our needs.

The shower was small; if you are an above average sized person, it would be challenging to use. We had no issues with it, but it did make me wonder how a larger person would manage.

Stayed at Du Printemps for a week in September 2024 while visiting Paris for Paralympics Games & Maison+Objets, had a good experience at the hotel. ✅Comfy 🛌 for good sleep. Very friendly staff. Small boutique hotel close to metro. Many cafès, restaurants and bakeries. Flat area, easy walking. We loved staff Jennifer and Noah who both went above and beyond with helpful service and spoke great english. Would have loved to stay more than the 6 nights. Owners are wonderful and welcoming. Well situated near Nation Metro to travel around Paris. Hotel was simple, small, clean and friendly.

At the end of the stay, I was asked to pay for someone else's wine ordered at midnight the night before. We paid cash for any drinks bought in the hotel and did not set up or agree to, a room tab. You get asked your room number and hand your key in every time you enter and leave the hotel, other customers can hear your room number to order on or a receptionist can easily put the order onto the wrong room. After a good 3 night stay, it was disappointing to be asked to pay for something which we had not ordered. Need a better system for room service/tabs so costs are always put against the correct room.

The hotel is located in a pleasant area with lovely shops around and it's easy to get to the city centre . The room was small but we were mostly out so it didn't really matter. The breakfast was excellent with good quality choice (although we missed some veggies). The staff was very helpful, and I did appreciate the fact that we could get hot water for our evening tea.

Jennifer was amazing, she had so much information concerning the area, how to get there via train, she is pleasant approachable, there met all our needs. May our stay most joyful times to stay at your hotel. Noah, very pleasant, informative, approachable. The ladies serving breakfast were friendly. Rooms were clean and practical.
