The hotel is in a safe neighbourhood that is well connected by Metro and has plenty of restaurants, bakeries and food shops. While the rooms are small (very normal for Paris) they are exceptionally clean and in great condition. What sets the hotel apart is the excellent service from the staff, who made our stay so enjoyable. They were very kind to our children and accommodating. Special thanks to Jules who went out of his way to help; nothing was too much trouble. Awesome hotel.

Nothing bad to say about the hotel at all - they were brilliant. But we were disappointed that the amount of crime in Paris seems to have increased since our last visit. You have to be on guard in ALL areas where there are other tourists present. We saw a woman get her phone ripped out of her hand and stolen right in front of Samaraitane department store on Rue de Rivoli (in broad daylight), and on the Metro there were occasions when we felt unsafe (and we are very well travelled). The hotel is in a more residential district and completely fine by comparison. Just be aware.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and the location is a perfect hub to travel around Paris and Disneyland, with metro and train station with a walking distance. Fantastic neighbourhood, with great local restaurants and shops. If you are staying there, you should try the Le Petit Romeo Creperie, they have the best apple crepe ever. I would definitely recommend Hôtel Du Printemps, it is a hidden gem.

Stayed at Du Printemps for a week in September 2024 while visiting Paris for Paralympics Games & Maison+Objets, had a good experience at the hotel. ✅Comfy 🛌 for good sleep. The room size may not as ‘spacious’ as you would expect but still manageable. ✅Wonderful staff at the Hotel merci Aurelien for your kind & polite service ✅📍hotel located very close to 2 Metro line : Picpus or Nation. ✅refillable drinking water available near the staircase to rooms ✅restaurants nearby hotel or Nation metro had better price than downtown For the price am a ‘satisfied’ guest😊. Well situated near Nation Metro to travel around Paris. Hotel was simple, small, clean and friendly.

At the end of the stay, I was asked to pay for someone else's wine ordered at midnight the night before. We paid cash for any drinks bought in the hotel and did not set up or agree to, a room tab. You get asked your room number and hand your key in every time you enter and leave the hotel, other customers can hear your room number to order on or a receptionist can easily put the order onto the wrong room. After a good 3 night stay, it was disappointing to be asked to pay for something which we had not ordered. Need a better system for room service/tabs so costs are always put against the correct room.

Very friendly staff. Small boutique hotel close to metro. Many cafès, restaurants and bakeries. Flat area, easy walking. We loved staff Jennifer and Noah who both went above and beyond with helpful service and spoke great english. Would have loved to stay more than the 6 nights. Owners are wonderful and welcoming. Room was furnished very nicely, and was clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel was within walking distance of "Normal" train station, which was a great station to catch all sorts of trains. All staff members were pleasant, but Julien was exceptional - he went above and beyond, and was so informative about the best way to get to certain destinations by train.

Could get any hot water for showers, the temperature was only tepid. However I could get hot water from the sink tap - puzzling.

This property was extremely clean, tidy, was a nice combination of older and modern styling and has exceptional staff. We could not fault this property. Breakfast also quite nice….. The photos in this review don’t do it justice as I didn’t put the room on because the photo had people in it…… we had multiple rooms which were all great. Rooms are small (but not tiny) as is the elevator - but that is pretty usual for Europe. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, there was a 0/24 reception service which made all the processes smooth. All big attractions are reachable within 30 minutes and both the metro and buses are stopping nearby which makes the commute really convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and we felt safe even at night.

The rooms are quite small but for a city visit it is perfect.

The hotel has a very cozy air. The staff is super sympa, always ready to help with everything. The elevator is bigger than I expected - I got fot in with 2 middle-sized suitcases, and a bit of space even left. The room is cozy and stylish. The size of room is average for Paris, no surprises here. A lot of electric sockets in the room. Breakfast is a true French breakfast. And you can make yourself tea or coffee in the lobby whenever you want. Wifi was quite stable.

This was my third stay. I liked the place, the location is really great - staff is nice. So I really enjoyed my week. I wish to thank especially Julien who went out of his way to help, advise, and listen to all my adventures in town, ah ah. He is a great guy and all tourists in the hotel should have the pleasure of meeting him. Another two night staff were also very kind. Thanks a lot. Hope to be back soon

I would have enjoyed a room a bit bigger. I bumped into the bed several times. Maybe a twin bed for a single person would be better in such a small room.
