The hotel is close to several Metro stations and several good restaurants. Great area, you feel close to downtown, but far enough away to get out of the tourist spots. Beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. Nice area to sit in around the patio and talk or have a drink. Breakfast was decent. They offer eggs and bacon as well as a small buffet. The staff were very helpful each time we asked. They directed us to good restaurants, brought us more towels, etc.

What we did like outweighed what we didn't like. The rooms do not have many places to hang clothing or bathroom towels. There is barely any room around the sink to put items. We took the towels off the shelves so we could have some space to put our toiletteries. There aren't any drawers so we lived out of our suitcases. No real nightstands. There was some mold in and around the shower.

The kindness of the lovely girl Constance when I arrived that went out of her way to give me a quiet room. And the room was super quiet, that in Paris is rare. It was also clean and the bed super comfortable

The only slight slip was the young man at the reception the first morning...I was heading out and asked him if I could have a second pillow, as I need to sleep with two. He went to search for one, which was very kind, but then, to my utter amazement, came back with a pillow in one hand and a pillow case in the other and handed me both...so I had to climb back to the third floor to take the pillow to my room and put it in the pillowcase... Well...as it is not a youth hostel, but a hotel, I would certainly have expected a more professional service

Excellent location, just a few steps from the metro station. The room is clean and has an average size for budget hotels in Paris. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom has a good shower. The room is equipped with air conditioning and heating, and you can adjust the temperature, although the mode (cooling or heating) is controlled by the staff. Additionally, the windows can be opened to let in fresh air.

There doesn’t seem to be a lift, so carrying luggage up the stairs may be necessary, though it wasn’t a problem for us. The Wi-Fi could be better.

The lady working at the front desk today helped me on one of the most difficult days of my life. I navigated through such difficulties arranging things for an emergency and she went above and beyond to not only make sure to help me out but also make sure that I was comfortable. I will forever be grateful to her for this. The hotel is Clean, easily accessible by public transportation. And there’s a restaurant attached.

Excellent location. Easy access to the highlights, without being right in the hurly burly. Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was small and accessed only by stairs, but it was clean and had both a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. There is a good restaurant in the hotel.

In Paris, rooms tend to be smaller, and this is no exception. If you have mobility restrictions, this may not be the hotel for you, as there is no lift.

Very cosy hotel. Clean and modern in really safe neighbourhood. We felt safe even at night. Charming cafe with nice breakfast options is attached to the hotel. Close to metro stations with quick commute to central Paris. As for Paris, this is really good hotel and rooms very quite decent size.

It would be nice to have a coffee and tea set in the room but aside from that, it was really nice.

We loved the location, friendly staff and the room we got - it was really calm, air-conditioned and clean. The beds are really comfortable.

The only thing we wished we had in the room was a kettle to make some tea. However, they have a restaurant downstairs, which is pretty convenient.

Le Petit Cosy was so cozy! There are many nice restaurants in the area as well as to very good bakeries with a wonderful selection of bake goods. There is a Metro station across the street. Our room was wonderful! It was very clean. The bathroom was a little small but was ok. The shower was amazing...very hot water! Special thanks to Alex and his coworkers! They were very pleasant to talk to and kindly helped us with our French.

It was very clean. I only wish it had an elevator. But Alex helped with our luggage and the steps were steep but all was good.

The hotel is in a very safe neighborhood, well connected by bus and metro. The room was very quiet at night despite being just above a busy roundabout. The hotel's restaurant was also really good and the staff were lovely.

The bed's pillows were a bit uncomfortable and would've loved to have maybe a kettle in the room. But other than that it was perfect!

On the arrival day, we were given a small room, not what expected at all but as soon as we requested a bigger one, we got it the next day. Very clean, very well located, 1mins walk to picpus station, very well situated. Staff was very nice.
