Friendly and helpful stuff, warm, superclean and cozy room, good location (approx. 5 min to the metro), supermarket at the same building, restaurants and cafes nearby.

No such things, actually, I liked everything, but there are some points which, I think, can be added for better visitor experience: 1) teapot; 2) 2-layer bed cover to sleep comfortable when weather changes; 3) "breathing" linen 4) ability to open windows (this can be important for security: in case of fire, for example, I could open them; or just to breath fresh air in the morning/evening). ---- The rest was very good, thank you❤️☺️

The room was simple but comfortable. Both the room and the bathroom were clean. I liked that we got clean towels every day. We paid for breakfast, which was plentiful. Overall, it's a good budget hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

There weren't any hand towels in the bathroom. There was no kettle to boil water or coffee or tea in the room. When I asked reception for a hairdryer, they couldn't give me one. These things are basics in the UK, even in budget hotels.

It was basic, but perfectly fine. I wouldn't ordinarily rate it highly, but I have to bear in mind I paid a very cheap price, and for that it was comfortable, clean and great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed for 5 nights and the key stopped working every day. There is no general access to a stairway for daily use, only for emergency use, which was irritating when I was only on the second floor and the lifts take ages before they are free and turn up at your floor.

Everything was good - nice & clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff, close to the carrefour and few minutes from the metro.

I would like more hooks - for towels in bathroom, for clothes in the hallway. It is impossible to leave luggage at the check-in desk, and €7 per hour in the luggage booth is quite expensive.

The breakfast was very good, exceed the expectations. By the room's we could see the Eiffel Tower from very far, which makes you realize you're really in Paris, so it was also great! And the staff was very helpful, they informed correctly for each question. The hotel is a 7-10min walk to the metro station. It was a good stay!

The neighborhood is not the best, but at least we didn't feel "unsafe".

The breakfast was amazing, with varied options! We only used the room to sleep, so it was quite sufficient in terms of space. The bathroom was clean, the beds made daily. The staff was super nice and helpful!

The only thing that we didn't love at first, was how warm the bedroom was. We had to open the hallway door in the middle of the night to allow some air circulation, since the windows aren't openable. By the second and third nights, we didn't feel the same problem!

Rooms were comfortable

The staff were extremely unfriendly. Not sure if this was the case since it was very busy. The guy who signed us in seemed like as though he was mocking us as he was speaking to his other colleague (which looked like he was speaking about us) with a grin on his face speaking in another language. Pool water was cold. I however do need to add that at the time of check out, the staff were extremely helpful. Its expensive for the facilities

Only parking is fine

The housekeeping are not friendly, they don't know how to talk to the customer, not polite I am very disappointed

employees serving breakfast, at 9 o'clock there were no crossants, no coffee and no service!!! It's not worth buying extra breakfast, it's better to eat out!!!

All lovely tidy, comfortable rooms with TV, close to supermarket.

The location is quite questionable, right in front of the hotel across the street there was a homeless car camp but somehow it didn't bother us.
