Comfortable room, good breakfast

It’s hard to believe that in the 21st century, the hotel reception still doesn’t accept mobile payments. I was surprised to learn that only physical cards are accepted — no contactless option. Isn’t it time to upgrade the payment terminals to something more modern and convenient for guests? I’m not sure what the room cleaning policy is, but during my 5-day stay, the floor was never mopped. I had to walk barefoot on dusty floors, which was quite uncomfortable. Regular wet cleaning would really improve the guest experience

Ibis Paris hotel is praised for their comfortable accommodations, convenient locations, and friendly staff. We enjoy the modern amenities and the affordability of the stays.

Everything was perfect and Ibis hotels generally highlight a few key aspects. We appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the budget-friendly pricing. However, we would like to mention that the rooms are very smaller than average and that breakfast options are somewhat limited. Overall, we tend to find Ibis hotels a good choice for value and convenience.

I don’t know who could complain about the service of this hotel and why. This is a nice hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff in a good location in the suburbs of Paris. Unlike what many reviews said, the area is quite safe and me and my friend had zero problems arriving every night past midnight. As for the hotel itself, we really enjoyed the comfortable premises, the efficient and daily room service, the delicious breakfast, the wonderful staff, the nice views from our windows, the area and everything else. The rooms were clean and tidy and there’s a popular street market set up during the weekend on the street in the front where you can find cheap clothes, food and other things. It’s a must if you really want to experience the diversity of what Paris actually is. I’ll certainly be back! A special thanks to Igor, who treated us with utmost care and solved our problems with such kindness.

I liked everything

Clean and tidy. Slightly confusing as 2 hotels merge into each other at several points but both clean. Breakfast option was very good and relaxing

Had to use room card to access lifts and toilets. Only given 1 card so you are limited. Very basic room. No kettle, safe or mini fridge in room.

Very nice employees and great breakfast options. The location was great for us as we don't mind travelling by public transport. The room itself was quite small, but as we were only there for 3 nights this was perfectly fine. The grocery shop right behind the hotel also came in handy for drinks and other snacks.

The only downside was the size of the bathroom. It was quite narrow and small and there was no proper shower curtain or door, so when one of us showered the entire floor would be wet.

Close to metro, comfy bed, clean, breakfast ok.

Sadly area is not best, lots of men just hanging around which made me uncomfortable as single female. I only went out in day light so unsure what like at night. But hotel was good.

A nice hotel overall but the rooms need a bit of upgrades. The staff were friendly, you have parking underground with easy access to the hotel lobby. Close to metro station with easy access to the city center.

Only one elevator working, thin walls, noise from the nearby road,

The hotel provided the basic services and everything was clean, nothing fancy but everything was OK. Blankets were extremely clean and white 👌 Also they provide a multi charger / USB in the room.

A bit expensive for the location and size of the bedrooms. It was clean but some little stains in the room carpet. The rest was perfect and simple.

It was clean and the people was Very helpful.

The toilet door was pointing out on one side of bed so if someone wants to go they had to go down one side of the bed and might wake up the people who sleeping in that's bed
