A nice room, large bathroom, comfy bed and well decorated. The location is good. Metro, with only one change, takes you directly to Arc de Triomphe. Water in the fridge.

Reception staff were very nice, however the member of staff who was on in the early evening didn't know if the metro was open. I thought this was a simple question as the metro, as we discovered, was around the corner. We have travelled quite a long distance and it wasn't helpful to be told that maybe it was open, maybe it wasn't, he suggested we take a taxi. We walked to the metro, regardless, and found it open. On the first morning, the hotel was busy with concert goers, which led to chaos at breakfast. No cups, no glasses, no eggs, no fruit. These things were provided sporadically but it didn't make for a good start to the day, the second morning was much calmer but we did go at 7am. Breakfast had a good range of choices.

The property is not in paris but proximity to metro makes it not a problem AT ALL. This is a top destination for Tock en Seine. Boulogne is a charming calm neighborhood/suburb (?) rooms feel a bit old, but are clean and spacious. Toilet and bathrooms are clean too. Staff is sweet and attentive. The price I paid was extremely reasonable, cant find such a deal in Paris usually and during Rock-en-seine and closer to Olympics date (booked early tho)

Would be really nice to have ability to open hotel entrance after midnight with room key rather than ringing a bell on the door. It felt sometimes like it didnt work and night-guard had to be on spot to see you.

We stayed 5 nights. It was all that I required and expected. A quick walk to the end of the street, and we were at the metro Station. Quite a short trip to the heart of Paris. Maybe 10 minutes ? Very easy. It WAS a long trip by Taxi from Gare du Nord though ! ( If we knew what we were doing, it would have been better to use Metro ).

Nothing immediately comes to mind. ( I have stayed in better, sometimes worse). It was clean and served our purposes very well. No complaints.

Staff were really friendly and helpful! The hotel was lovely and location wise was perfect. We were there for horse racing and it was. 20 minute walk but on a nice day it was great! Also so near everything in a lovely area. Room was great size and comfy bed!

Breakfast could have been better! What we had was nice but tried to boil eggs in machine- don’t think it was working, seemed to run out of things very quickly so poor staff were running around and no English breakfast tea! We decided not to pay for breakfast the second morning and go into town instead. Other than that- great!

The hotel is located in a very quiet, beautiful district, it is very calm at night, cars do not disturb. Staff is extremely helpful and polite. Very clean, cozy room. The heating worked just great. Breakfast is fine. The hotel has a nice garden and inner space at the lobby. Several buses and metro station are available in 5 minutes walk distance, especially bus 72 that follows all main sightseeings. Several supermarkets and cafes are nearby.

Quiet neighbourhood with restaurants, shops and boulangerie. Lovely to come back to after the busyness of central Paris and a day of sightseeing. 5 mins walk to metro. Reasonable pricing. Good facilities- comfortable bed, good shower, fridge, air conditioning, safe in room, coffee & tea making Great breakfast - scrambled egg, sausages, croissants, baguette, pains au chocolats, ham, cheese, yoghurts, choice of coffees and teas, freshly squeezed orange juice. Small bar with comfortable lounge and access to small pretty garden to sit outside. Very helpful friendly staff especially Sofiane who was so interesting and helpful. He went out of his way to be very helpful to us.

Assuming that you take into account the location - far from the main attractions of the city - but also the French standards regarding the size of the room and the breakfast, the hotel is excellent. The area where the hotel is located is quiet, safe and clean. There are restaurants, supermarket, many shops quite close. Metro station at 300 m. Large room, large bathroom, decent breakfast. Real 4 stars and real value for money.

The exterior of the building is not that attractive, but it's not necessarily something you feel. Inside is ok.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, well positioned in a quiet residential area not far from buses and the metro. The staff were friendly and considerate. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Thierry is nothing we did not like but we had thought breakfast was included. In the event we could choose an ‘express’ breakfast for 5 euros, which was fine.

Former Kyriad hotel, currently managed independently. We were checked in by a friendly gentleman late into the night, he did speak reasonable English (as my French is non-existent). The room was on the 1st floor, facing towards the inner yard and it featured a balcony. It was no use at this time of the year (end of November), but is definitely an added value in Summer. The room was clean and had all things necessary for a short stay. We also found 2 welcome bottles of water in the mini-fridge. The bed was absolutely comfy and we slept well. The breakfast was not abundant, but the quality of everything was rather high (except coffee - but chances of finding good coffee in France are close to zero anyways). It was sufficient to set one up for a day of explorations. All in all, it was a good value stay.

The hotel starts ageing, and you can see it here and there. WiFi was patchier than necessary, but it worked alright when the connection functioned. Coffee at breakfast was horrendous. Finally, I would not consider it a big issue, but the configuration of the shower is a little stupid - whatever you do, there will be water on the floor (the glass door is only half-height and when in a 'close' position, there is water going under it and over to the sink table.

All staff were helpful, friendly, efficient. Great location. Close to Roland Garros, good transit or could walk. Nice neighbourhood, plenty of restaurants, shops. Generous sized room, with the toilet in separate little room from the bathroom, therefore more room in bathroom, and more convenience.
