The room was a nice and cosy, everything was clean. The bed was soft and comfy. The staff was welcoming and polite. Breakfast was also good: a small buffet which offered tea, coffee, juice, a small collection of cheese, yogurt, veggies, sausage, bread, jam etc. The staff offered scrambled eggs if the guest wishes. They also had croissants and they were delicious.

The Location was perfect for all attractions, walking distance to Eiffel Tower, Arc d Triumph and Champs de Lise. The staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming. Top staff Sufian and Grace at reception, Sufian helped us have an easy check in and check out, even helped with our bags, so thank you so.much🙏 Grace was so lovely and warmed our food up in the microwave, thank you, you deserve a raise with your excellent customer service skills you should be a Manager! Highly recommend this hotel if in Paris 🗼💕🌈✈️

Localization , near to Champs Elysses and Arc of Triumph. Near to Subway station. Breakfast is very completely.

We found a bed bug in the bed.

The front-desk reception staff were amazing! She helped us make sure everything was okay with the room each day, and got us transport arrangements back to the airport at 0600hrs in the morning. Excellent service. The room was a bit small, but it is expected, as we are close to the City Centre, and space is a premium. We were luckily to get a room to accomodate my young son together with us. Location is superb. Best review of restaurants all around us. Great quality of food. And decent pricing. I will come back again. Cheers.

I found the room a bit too small. The heater took a while to get work properly. A couple of bugs around the room. More pillows would have been better. The lighting for the staircases was not working.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The light breakfast included was a good way to start the day. Very close to several premier sightseeing sites but a bit further from metro stations.

Room was small but not uncomfortable. Shower was not real easy to get in and out of.

The air conditioning was great. The beds were comfy. The shower was powerful (we had a room with a bath and shower). The room had a fridge, so I could put milk or sodas in the room to stay cold/fresh. There was a Monop' just around the corner so you could nip out for groceries (fruit, wine, etc). The staff were friendly and helpful

I would have preferred a dedicated shower. Instead, the bath had a hose that was too short, so the shower spray came out horizontally rather than from above.

Excellent location, close to all attractions, shops, restaurants, transport. Very cultured and accommodating staff.

To pay for the hotel, the payment method was chosen - payment on the spot. But the hotel still booked the entire amount of the stay from my bank card. Arriving at the place I was asked to pay again the entire amount for accommodation. At the same time, the hotel kept the other full booked amount booked for the entire time of my stay. Also, 3 days after my departure, the booked money was still not returned to me. This is a very strange and inconvenient practice on the part of the hotel (

It was great to stay here! Staff was great, especially Thierno was so kind and helpful, he took care of every one of our needs. Room was clean and there were a lot of space. The only thing is toilet and bathroom is a little bit small. It's in a great place, really close to the arc and champs-elysees.

Most of the staff members were very polite and helpful. One minus was that we have left our sim card on the table near the bed and it wasn't there where we left it. Probably cleaning lady accidentally threw it away but still they had to be little bit more careful
