Lovely hotel, comfortable and clean with nice courtyard.

A bit too much emphasis on the bar / restaurant for the public, which means if arriving in night you are strolling your case through a busy / noisy bar (My dad thought we were in the wrong place!) So the welcome/reception arrival experience really not great for the money you are paying. Nowhere to sit or relax whilst waiting for slow check in after long travel!

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Top marks for the service. Great coffee / breakfast. Great location with two metro stations within a two mins walk.

I didn’t find the room very clean - there were fingerprints on the bathroom door and hair in the sink. I also through the room smelled stale but thankfully you can open the window so that was easily fixed.

Beautiful bistro, cafe and nice location.

Staff in restaurant were horrible, we left to eat elsewhere. Room was a bit tight for two people.

Well located, beautiful rooms decorated stylishly, comfortable bed and great amenities. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful!

Downstairs in the lobby has quite a lot of space for people to drink and eat and relax but unfortunately every table every time we were there was taken up by one or two people on laptops. We were there on a Saturday and Sunday and it was unfortunate that we weren’t able to enjoy relaxing in the lobby while people worked and watched football from there! Would be cool if there was perhaps a dedicated laptop/work zone or some kind of laptop policy to allow for guests on a leisurely holiday to enjoy the space too.

Very difficult to get staff attention in bar to get served, bar very expensive. 12€ for two soft drinks which was a bit over the top and more than tourist areas.

On our last night there was a Halloween party and very loud DJ and music until 1pm. As we were on first floor this did disturb us and whilst I’m mainly up for a party not the night before I need to get up early to leave. We were not made aware of party when we booked

Overall the stay was pleasant. had a room w/ window facing inner courtyard was quiet. bathroom and shower was quite clean and comfortable beds are nice and comfy.

- I called front desk many times with no answer. - I feel the front desk is bombarded by phone calls, messages, or requests so its probably the managements fault rather than the front desk. - nice they have a WhatsApp customer service reach out , but they also missed housekeeping one day when it was requested so I still had to remind them at the front desk.

The vibe of the hotel was amazing. I loved the outside courtyard and interior. On Friday and Saturday, people work or enjoy a drink in the restaurant with a DJ. The location of the hotel is amazing, and I loved the neighborhood.

The cleaning ladies were not that kind. There was not a lot of clothing storage or hooks in the room. It depends on the guests, but people were loud in the hallways at 2 AM one night. The croissant in the hotel lobby was not fresh and not tasty, you would expect a good croissant (for 5 euros) in Paris :)

We've stayed at the Hoxton Paris before and enjoyed the location and the comfortable rooms. It's an easy walk to cafes, restaurants and attractions. Food is amazing, we had a beautiful breakfast and dinner was delicious.

As we were there on a weekend the restaurant was quite busy with people from the public.
