It was the perfect value-for-money choice for me. The restaurant is good and prices reasonable.

Could be noisy at night

Very clean, comfortable bed and good value.

Since we were coming for Roland Garros, this accommodation was the cheapest and closest option we could have on such short notice, and it worked out great for us. We really like the area we were staying and our room was super clean we had everything we needed.

Smoke getting into room at night on the first floor from the restaurant downstairs, they should really work on this one. :/

Room was a good size, and the location was very convenient to access buses and trams.

The wifi was listed as free, but it only worked in the hotel restaurant; I couldn’t use it in my room which was very disappointing.

The staff can speak a little bit more English... If you have a heavy luggage and you will get a room on the 3rd floot, it's gonna be a gym :-) as the hotel doesn't have an elevator The bed was uncomfortable

Location was good

Too much noise during the weekend night, no facilities not even a small water bottle. Stay for a night should be ok for a single person.

The beds were clean enough to sleep in and they let us check out 30 minutes late.

One of the towels was either still dirty after washing or just not replaced from previous guest, there were no hygene products available, the shower had mold and the doors were in bad shape, the overall room furnishings were very old and ill-kempt, there was no air-conditioning despite it being claimed at booking and thus, it was impossible to sleep because of the heat retained by the walls during the day, the window gave out to a roof through which 2 other rooms could gain access, so we didn't dare sleep with it open, and the roundabout on which the hotel is situated became the loudest place imaginable as soon as the clock struck 7 in the morning, with everything from large delivery trucks keeping their engines on for 20 minutes and car horns to revving motorbikes and loud conversations from the 2 pubs below making sleep and even normal conversation next to impossible. Of course all these things need not be deal breakers and there is a time and place for such accommodations. But there is also a price. And it's 20-25 euros/night, not 85.
