The location is great with a lot of transport links to central Paris. Not the cleanest room. The room wall behind the bed was full of dust don't know from how many days(be mindful if you've dust allergy). Notified to the staff at reception straightaway but no action was taken. But staff at reception are great though. The room has minimal facilities itself. All in all it wasn't a bad experience.

Cleanliness, no Fridge n microwave facility in the room, bathroom very small. Can be very hot in summer the room and if you open the window it's too noisy outside because of the restaurant right underneath.

The room was great! It was clean and had very good beds. Bathroom was good too, was cleaned every day and everything worked well. The staff were very friendly and location is not central however a very good area with quick metro connection to the center. The room does not have AC and in June it gets pretty hot, we would open the windows to let in some air - so the heat was manageable.

The street is very loud with cars and construction and bars. Every morning it would wake us up at 6-7 am. Closing the windows was not an option because there is no AC and it was very hot

Super amazing value for what you're paying! We were in Paris for the last night before our flight and we wanted somewhere cheap but still nice. This place was great for that, the room was nice and comfortable and had all the essentials. There is also a lot in the area, tons of restaurants, stores, bars, everything you need.

There is not an elevator so you have to walk up stairs. It isn't too bad because there are only a few floors but may be difficult with a lot of luggage.

Convenient transportation. Quiet room. Good heat. Friendly staff. Comfortable.

The shower head kept tipping forward and would not stay put. I had to tie a knot using the shower hose to keep the shower head in place. Also, the shower faucet would move easily if you happened to bump against it causing the water temperature to suddenly change. I would prefer to have another soap dispenser placed closer to the sink as you have to reach around the shower wall to take soap from the dispenser for use at the sink which is awkward.

Great place to stay. Super clean and nicely decorated. I like the service, you have a water boiler that is not common in many hotels without extra charge (at least in Germany). You can ask extra cutleries at the reception if you want to eat in the room.

Only thing that bothers me a lot is noise. Unfortunately doors and walls are not sound proof and the guy stayed next to us made a lot of noises. Luckily we were so tired that we slept well. However, normally for a business reason travel, it is hard to get rest while such an annoying noise. I would recommend hotel staffs to replace the doors with sound proof one.

Due the fact the hotel is located in the central area, the price was more than ok. The staff was very friendly, we had a late check-in and the receptionist was more than happy to help. The room was ok and very warm. No problem with the hot water in particular and nothing to complain about facillities in general.

Too many stairs — but I don’t believe it is the fault of the manager as the most bulidings in Paris are constructed this way. Some things (as the shower cabin) aren’t the newest and, thus, it might look as not the cleanest — anyway, they were washed and we can’t complain about the cleaning, got new clean towels and sheets.

Excellent location and comfortable rooms, 24 hour access!!

Only drawbacks for me were absence of elevator and some of the staff who don’t know English

The privare rooms are basic but fair. The bathroom was definitely beyond the average for this price range. Location-wise ideal, not very central but still in the city enough to have most conveniences and some attractions within walking distance.

The stairway and corridors are extremely tiny. The double bed was unusually small/short, which may be a problem if you're very tall.

everything was beautiful. The street where the hotel is located is great, with many bakeries, markets, and restaurants. The street is noisy, but the noise did not reach the apartment. The beds are comfortable and the cleanliness is excellent. This is a small hotel, but well maintained. Towels were changed every day.

It was very decent and good hotel for the value and very close to metro station, I enjoyed stroll to pere lachaise which was very close by. It was good neighbourhood and hotel was clean and staffs were very friendly and nice. Overall very good hotel for the price and enjoyed my stay.

The only issues were, there was no lift, and walls were thin so the sound next door could be loud at night.
