The location of the hotel was great in that it was only a short walk to the metro station and to local restaurants / cafes. It is also only a five / ten minute walk to Parc des Princes and Stade Jean Bouin. The staff were efficient and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Shower quality was good.

The room was very small for three people - we were travelling with our son who was on a camp bed but there was not much room to move about once that was in place.

the bathrooms were a little date. they need a refurb. other than that it was nice

A memorable stay to celebrate our son’s 10th birthday. The staff was more than kind and caring, offering us a PSG decorations (my son’s favorite team). They were also very thoughtful to give our son some special gifts as well as the dessert 🙏 The location is perfect and only less that 10 minutes by walk to PSG stadium. The room also had a great view, Eiffel Tower was visible making it even more special. We will be coming back next time we come to watch a PSG match.

The room was very clean and spacious. The windows blocked out all street noise. The hotel was located just outside of Paris which made it a bit more peaceful. The restaurant was amazing. We had a nice view from our room.

One of the waitresses at the restaurant was very rude. We were advised that breakfast was included when we checked in and we were then told to pay at checkout. The rooms could use an update.

Muhammed at reception was very helpful efficient and friendly. He gave us an early check in. Upgraded our 1 room to premium. Gave our suite and premium room on the 8th floor with eifel tower view. It was my daughter's birthday, Muhammed organized a complimentary birthday cake for her. Service was excellent 👌

Personnel friendly and very helpful . Did their utmost to solve problems, even on a saturday evening. Room spacious and tidy. Pleasantly big tv!

The bath didn't have a stopper/bouchon (stolen?). Suggested alternative room didn't have one either. We decided to leave it at that and solved it with a plastic sandwich bag over the drain.

Everything from check in to check out was perfect. Nothing was an issue for the reception. Our room was spacious and very clean. Metro very close to the hotel so it is easy to travel around Paris. Restaurant service in the evening made us feel like at home.

The only (tiny) problem was during the breakfast. Friday’s breakfast was brilliant. Everything was topped up quickly. But on Sat and Sun there were some delays and people had to wait for scrambled eggs, croissants, etc. Probably was a lot busier than on a regular day.

Very beautiful hotel with great views of Montmatre when you go to the upper floors. Wonderful breakfast and close to the PSG stadium. Several restaurants in the area and ten minutes walk from a nice shopping mall. The best scrambled eggs ever.

What is not OK is that we asked yesterday night to order a taxi to Gare Du Nord. Instead of a taxi, we were driven by an employee or a friend of the hotel this morning, who asked 100€ cash (no receipt) upon arrival at the station. For reference, our Bolt ride during evening peak hour on Wednesday from Gare Du Nord to the hotel was €26.20. I paid 50€ and walked away, but it feels like a shakedown

We stayed here as we were attending the football which was perfect as the stadium is so near. The hotel is exceptional and the cost of food and drink for a hotel in Paris was brilliant. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect!
