The staff was very helpful and welcoming specially the reception team they always offer help and cheers to the guests and provide whatever you need. Location is not far at all from La Defence train station and there are many cafe and restaurants and very nice supermarket next to the hotel that works till late hours. Tidy room everyday and new towels whenever we asked that is a bonus.

The family room is quite small for a family of 4 as the moving around is pretty difficult also the bathroom is very small and having it with a sliding door is not practical for privacy specially in a small room. Also the toilet room needs some sort of good ventilation. Also Wifi is not stable but it is working.

Enjoyed our stay here, the room was just big enough for 3. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There is some construction happening in the front that is not the hotels fault but it was disturbing unfortunately. However our stay at the hotel was lovely. Some great shops and restaurants in walking distance and close to a major train station.

I was looking for a place to stay for one night in Paris as I was passing through. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and fast. It was a 8-10min walk to the nearest Metro station and was easy to find.

There was nothing that caused me issues. It would have been nice for the hotel to have air conditioning but I understand that it is not all that common in Paris and I knew before booking so it was to expectations. The place was exactly as advertised and is good value for money.

Not super close to the nearest metro station, but within walking distance (15 min). On the last day, my towels were taken (even though I had left them hanging so they didn't need to be changed) and not replaced, so I was left without any :( It was late when I noticed so I didn't bother asking, but I'm sure I could've.

Location was convenient for the purpose of our visit, but it is also quick to get to center of Paris by metro or RER. Facilities are clean, and the room was comfortable for three of us.

AC is maybe missing during warmer summer nights

The personel was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and all the required amenities were available. The hotel was situated in a quite neighbourhood, so we had no noise complaints. The metro stations were a 15 minute walk, but they reached major destinations easily.

The room was a good temperature during winter. Location was good because it was a quiet area in the business district. I felt safe there. Facilities was good in general.

Pillow sheets had some stains and the sheets did not smell super fresh. Room was small so if you have a big luggage it might be difficult to lay out the whole thing.

second time I chose this hotel, very friendly staff, ideal location for those who travel by car and ready to commute to the city center by metro as they have private parking.

Nice location near the bus terminal and metro station. Perfect in case of early check-out and traveling through Beauvais airport.

Luck of air conditioning in summer may be a problem.

Parking is very tight get in and out with a minivan. Breakfast for €12 is ridiculous. It’s should be included considering it’s bare minimum and you are around the corner from other options.
