I liked the view of the River Seine and the Eiffel Tower from my room, which was quite comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

1. Faced some challenges with the location. Everytime I used an Uber, even from neraby locations like the Quatro Mall, the fares were quite high. I was told it's becuase the cab has to go all the way up and then turn back to the hotel. Also Uber drivers were reluctant to come at the main gate and preferred to wait at the end of the road. 2. While checking out, I was told that since I had booked through Booking.com, I will be receiving my invoice from them. However, after coming back and enquiring with Booking.com, I was told that the hotel should have given me!! Anyways, I finally got it on email from Novotel, but it was an unnecessary waste of time and energy.

The Hotel was very close to the Metro Station which has a direct connection to Champs Elyssee all the way to the Louvre , and one station away from La Defense Arch where there is a huge shopping complex with a supermarket and asian restaurants. The room was big and clean, and the bed quite comfortable. The reception and housekeeping staff were quite pleasant.

The room is very warm. The guy at the reception explained that since it is winter, the airconditioning is set at high temperature. The problem is the window can't be opened so even if its cold outside the cool air can not enter the room which makes it verrry warm.

Had the best time. The staff was so nice and went above and beyond. My fiance sent me to Paris to see Taylor for my birthday and the hotel brought me a tray of goodies and a card with Taylor on it!! The room was huge and I could see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. It was close to the metro and close to the venue.

Location is excellent as we are walkable distance to metro station. Its also 10 mins walk to Westfield shopping center which has everything you need for shopping, food and supermarket, etc.,

adding breakfast to our stay was little bit expensive and we opted it out. It could be a great option to have as part of the booking as going out everyday for breakfast with family is not great when you woke up from a tiring sight seeing the day before.

Clean room

Same breakfast every morning and very small breakfast room. Some food missing if you came later. The staff took our bags from the hallway while we seat in the lobby,waiting for a taxi.As an excuse, they said that the luggage should not be left alone in the corridor. after we asked for the cameras to be checked, they return it. so make sure the luggage is always in your sight.

Very friendly staff, even gave colours and mini teddies to my children. I requested an eiffel tower view and it was a great surprise for my daughter. Had dinner and breakfast included, very tasty and well looked after by a new member of staff (don't remember his name 🙈) The hotel looked after our bags after we checked out so we were free to explore Paris. Would stay again.

Nothing really

Great location right in L’Defense. Metro station is a few minutes walking. Rooms were clean and relatively spacious (for Paris).

Hotel is going through some remodeling, but definitely needs a facelift. Carpets were old and some of the wall paint was coming off. This can give the impression of dirty, but like I mentioned the rooms were super clean.

Location was good, a walk away from the Palais Des Congres and activities around it. I also was happy with the room, especially the cleanliness. And the problem with the flush in the toilet was handeld right after my arrival before I even realized to ask for help. Most of the personnel spoke fluent English. Breakfast was decent but not special.

Hard to say, I basically only spent the nights and mornings at the hotel. Most of the day I was inolved in the congress and free-time activities oganized by our hosts.

Very friendly staff. A modern and clean hotel. Great view of the city (we had a room in the 9th floor). Breakfast was pretty good and contained also vegetables which is not very common in many hotels around
