To be honest, it's a good place to stay if you are on a tight budget. You get a room, small kitchen and attached washroom with free breakfast and is very near to the metro station gate. Area seems a little off in the night but proximity to the metro gate makes up for it.

It's very far from the Paris city centre attractions and the area at night seems a little off. So be prepared for a 1 hour metro ride one side. We had breakfast since there was no displays for breakfast timing and cafeteria was open, so was scolded by the caretaker later. They could be a little more polite. So don't enter into cafeteria after 10AM.

On the subway (metro) line and easy access to Paris and other areas via subway. Also, straight drive to airport via rental car.

Restaurants around the hotel closed somewhat early at night and not much around hotel for late dinner. Not much car parking around hotel. Fortunately, hotel manager let me park my rental car below the hotel for safety reasons. The parking area below hotel appeared to be very secure. Thank you.

Property is nice, and the main plus point is that the metro is outside the property. Which saves a lot of time.

It's hard to communicate if you check in in the evening, as no one is available to update you. I believe they should provide some detail, like code for property and other things, a bit in advance, so we can ask if we have Anu more questions. Otherwise, I enjoyed it my paris trip with my family.

The flat was tiny but clean, and well equipped. Tiny kitchen, tiny fridge, and not much room for the baggages. But it had nice kitchenware. The metro station is super close, it's a big advantage.

There was no AC, so the only option was the window to have some fresh air... during the summer it's not ideal. The bed was way too soft and not so massive. It's far far away from the city, downtown.

There was good information how to get there and directions to get keys from keybox. Easy to get when you'll arrive late. As bonus there is quite ok breakfast with coffee, yoghurt and many bread options. Just no fruits or greens. Room is ok and bed comfortable. As weather was very rainy I was glad that there was drying pipe in bathroom. Metro stop just in front of the building.

Great place to stay if you want to stay outside of the main city. I'd recommend staying here if you are in Paris for a longer time. My friends and I were only here for 3 nights and found that since the apartment was located outside of the main city we didnt have time to see as much as we would have liked to. Other than that, the rooms were very nice and clean and had good facilities in them. Although it was very hot in Paris when we stayed here, and the rooms had no fan or aircon, I found the rooms didn't get too hot.

We had lots of trouble finding the apartment, there isnt really a clear sign or directions to the apartment. We also couldnt get into the apartment, the code they gave us didnt work, a resident eventually passed us and let us in. We got the keys from a lockbox and when we went to the rooms we also struggled to unlock the doors, again a resident passed us and helped us (tip - you have to pull before pushing the door to unlock it, we later discovered this is common in Europe). Of course if we had arrived earlier we would've been greeted by the host and this wouldn't have been an issue so I would recommend trying to come in the time frame they are there.

+ great location: right by Maisons-Alfort Les Juilliottes metro station - 30 min & 2.1 € trip to the city centre + big supermarket and bakery across the road; + everything's very clean; + the furniture feels new and well tended to; + easy check-in and check-out; + even a small kitchen included! + it's just more of everything for the price that wouldn't get you much in, say, Manchester or Liverpool, let alone London; + it's Paris - how can it not be wonderful??

- the breakfast is included, but we checked in over the weekend and they only serve it Mon-Fri, so it's not really a negative, more like I didn't get to check it out; - the mini kitchen is nice and there is a microwave and a fridge, but no cutlery (or it's just very well hidden). This was perhaps the biggest thing.

Nice apartment with everything you need for a stay. Good mattress, very quiet, nice hot shower , small kitchen, even breakfast. Nice neighborhood with supermarkets, bakery and great park (although it's around 40 minutes by metro from city center).

Kitchen and shower weren't particularly clean, breakfast is very simple.

The location for me is great. Near from the bus and metro. Not far away from the City Center and not too far away from Disneyland. The accommodation is comfortable, neat and clean. We had a free breakfast just like the students. It’s not fancy but free is free. Checking in and checking out is not hassle. I love the place.

Nothing particular

The staff were very nice. It was clean. The first day it so the elevator was broken and it was a lot of work to go up and down to the 4th floor. Kitchenette was nice.

They gave us one tab for the dishwasher which wasn’t enough and they didn’t tell us the accommodation weren’t going to provide us with hand soap in the bathroom
