We were absolutely happy with the hotel. People at the reception were kind and friendly. Our rooms were on the 4th floor, and there was no elevator, but this was not a problem for us at all. Our room faced the church and not the main road, so there was no outside noise. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear the conversations on the hall, but that is mostly very short termed. The room is small but has everything one needs.The bathroom is simple and clean, with enough towels, hair dryer, and toiletries. In conclusion, we were very happy with what we got for a very reasonable price.

We were visiting in end of May, and it was already somewhat hot in the room. However, the portable air conditioner helps a little, and anyway, the outside temperature is not something the owners can influence.

The hotel is quite close to the metro and bus stops. You can easily travel wherever you want. The area around the hotel is safe. I didn’t notice any issues regarding cleanliness.

The main issue with the room is that it faces the street, so it is very noisy. Even at night, it is hard to sleep with the window open. This problem might not occur if the windows remain closed.However, this may not be possible during the summer.My recommendation would be to install air conditioning in the rooms and keep the windows closed at all times. This way, you will have a well-located and quiet room.

Welcoming staff, they all speak very good English. They allowed me to check in before 3pm and they also stored my luggage after checkout ☺️ The breakfast was definitely worth it in 10 euros in a city like Paris. Coffee, juice, boiled eggs, basket of croissants and bread with butter, jam and Nutella, corn flakes, fruits and yogurt. To be honest, you will just get a cup of coffee for 5 euros in Paris so definitely worth it!!

If you open the window, lots of noise because of road side but luckily it was a pleasant weather in my stay so no need to open the windows 😍

I really liked staying there. The place was cozy and neat, the staff was helpful. It's good that they provide fans rather than air conditioning during the hot times, I like them more. The area is nice and it's really close to the metro station.

It's a bit challenging to get your luggage upstairs without an elevator, but I guess it's quite common issue in Paris, anyway someone can help you if they're around. Also the rooms are quite tight, but another common issue in Paris. I'd anyway recommend staying in this hotel :) Liked it.

A cute small hotel with good vibes. Comfortable room with a very good bed and an excellent shower. Optional breakfast was good. While not central, situated a few steps away from a metro station, hence all of Paris is within easy reach.

Some unavoidable traffic noise, all day and all night: I recommend earplugs. There's no elevator, which was not a problem for us but might be for some people.

Very cute nice and quiet rooms, facing a backyard. The staff is super friendly and helpful. One of them carried my suitcase up the narrow stairs. They gave me a chance to practice my French and were nice conversation partners. Also, they were were reliable when I needed help with booking a taxi.

Very narrow historic stairs. I like them; but a bit difficult for a single woman traveler. Of course, that's part of Paris' charm.

Very nice cozy rooms not very big but perfect for a couple, very nice and helpful staff, room cleaning every day of our stay, very close to the metro station and safe area which is very important when coming to Paris trust me. Thinking about coming back in the near future.

There was nothing unpleaseant maybe the staircase was a little old and made noises but it shouldn’t be a problem honestly for anybody.

The area was quite and very safely to walk at night. Although, it was far from the center of Paris the subway station was nearby which was very convenient. The stuff were very friendly and very helpful. Everything was great.

The hotel is a little bit far from the main tourist attraction. It took us half an hour to reach the center and it was exhausting. What can I say, Paris is huge, but beautiful.

The room was very clean. The staff very polite and attentive. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is 1' from a metro stop and, also, close to the pedestrian paths along the Marne river (good if one wants to relax a bit).

The room did not have air-conditioning but instead had a (portable) fan. This is only an issue when the weather gets too hot.

- value for money - close to metro station/ bus station - bed was very very comfortable - water pressure in shower is strong - room and toilet is clean

- room could be bigger - did have rattling noises from toilet and you can hear noises from other guest passing through the corridor. However this did not disturb our sleep at all, we had a good comfortable night
