For the price the apartments are amazing. Cleanest hotel I’ve seen in decades. Room more spacious than expecting and had a full size shower cube with a little kitchenette. Beds comfy. Fan hairdryer provided. The train is well within 10 mins, and on the RER C which gets you directly to many main attractions. Little bars and cafes around. Nice Boulangerie up the road and apparently chemist 5 mins away. Staff charming.

Only criticism is the tiny towels that hotels think are big enough for adults when they barely fit a 10 year old.

Comfortable beds, kitchenette separate from bedroom, street view, wooden floor, kindness of staff -provided umbrella and x=extra blanket, coffee in reception, relax area, safe and quiet neighborhood, close to train station and metro and full of markets cafes, and restaurants. It's a nice place, clean and worth price. Easy to get there with the RER-A (Disneyland is 50 minutes away and Paris center is 30 minutes).

for long stays it should be at least every 3 days cleaning service for the rooms but this is Adagio rules across all eu..

The room was great with everything ine needed in the kitchen area and the service was simply fantastic: very many thanks to Amir at reception for giving us such a warm welcome as well as a room with a balcony which made our stay even more cosy.

10/10 would recommend you stay here. My friend and I stayed for 4 nights and everything was perfect. We did get lost on our first day trying to get to the hotel but that was due to our unfamiliarity with the train system on a whole, not the hotel or its location. That being said, its location is excellent for those who cannot or prefer not to stay in the center of Paris but would still like easy access into the city. They hotel is located a short walk from the RER train station and there is a bus stop right at the corner if you would prefer that option. There is a pizza place right across the street, several groceries, bakeries and restaurants within 2 to 15 minute walks from the hotel. It seems to be in a university or school zone which my friend and I personally loved as it made us feel even more safe and comfortable. The room itself was bright and comfortable, it could be seen as somewhat small but for the length of our stay and our needs it was perfect. Everything was clean, we appreciated the fully equipped kitchenette. Although we did not use the stove, the microwave and minifridge were particularly useful to us. Another facility we enjoyed was the watercooler downstairs. We were able to refill our bottles whenever we liked! Lastly the service we experienced was truly amazing. We met several receptionists and each one was attentive and helpful and very pleasant.

The space was used very efficiently. The mattress was very comfortable. The comforter was very warm. The refrigerator was quite large and the kitchen was very convenient and quite well stocked with utensils, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans. The bathroom was quite clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful answering questions, calling taxis, and more. There are many shops nearby: laundromat, grocery store, bakeries, restaurants. This made it very convenient. It also is a short walk to the RER C station.

While it was nice to have a table with two chairs, the space was quite cramped. One person's head would always bump into the TV (on the wall next to the chair). It would have been nice to have a top sheet for warm nights. There was only the full--sometimes too warm--comforter. It would have been helpful to have written instructions available on how to use the toaster oven/microwave combo. It would also have been nice to have written instructions available on the heating/cooling unit. The shower floor was quite slippery and the shower doors made a very loud screech when opened or closed. Only one small roll of toilet paper was provided at time; it would have been nice to have a couple of rolls on hand in the bathroom. The room was quite clean except for under the bed which was very dusty.

Cold apartment for November. We claimed to the staff for temperature and we asked to increase the temperature to the heating system the answer was “that is not allowed from management” .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were adequate, supplied with fridge, and convection microwave, kettle etc. Sofa bed was comfy, also the beds. Good laundry facilities. Bus no 323 and 325 right outside the door, which took directly to metro 6 for heading to tourist attractions.

The locality was a real downfall, the streets surrounding the hotel is a very low economic area, we arrived in the dark, and the streets are not well lit, we felt very vulnerable. Once at the hotel, it's on a circle of road, and 2 great local restaurants within 100 metres, the highlight for the area! good local food and non tourist prices. . Once at the hotel, the staff were very good. It's a shame, as I wouldn't recommend, only because of the locality, and no air conditioning if in the heat of summer, ok with some fans in October for us.

We booked a room for four, it had one double bed and a sofa that converted into double bed. The rooms were equipped with built-in closet, which were very convenient, bathroom was very comfortable, the only drawback was that we had to use the same towels for the entire 5-night stay, otherwise the services of adding, or cleaning the room were charged. The kitchen was small but very convenient, as I had a comfort of cooking breakfast and supper for kids.

I wish we had an iron in the room and extra towels. The bed mattrasses still had cellophane on them, which combined with synthetic bed sheets made it really hot to sleep in and were waking up sweaty and tired.
