The room was very comfortable and nicely set up. Nice up-market furniture and a very nice atmosphere. No need to say that as usual, the room looked much bigger in the pictures, however, this did not influence our comfort level. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety for every taste.

The location was a bit far from the next Metro station, although there should be a regular bus going next to the hotel. Unfortunatly, because of some Olympic games logistics, while we were there there were some changes and we had to walk 15 minutes to the closest metro but it was doable. Probably that was the only negative aspect of our stay. Otherwise, everything was great.

The people were friendly. The hotel was centrally located. The bar was awesome.

The reason I was so happy with my stay here was the staff member at the reception desk on floor R. When me and my friend departed in the morning, we were 1 euro short of paying the bus fare, and there were no ATMs anywhere nearby. If we didnt catch that bus, we would've missed our trip home, so I asked the staff member if she could give me 1 euro. Without even asking why, she went to her bag and gave me 1 euro of her own money. That was such a lifesaver for us. This is the sort of kindness that makes me want to go back somewhere, that employee should have her pay raised.

The restaurant was great. Quick service, good food and a fair price for a city. We felt "looked after" which is always important. We had alcohol, main and dessert. The people were kind and welcoming and the atmosphere was customer friendly. The onsite car park was great too. I have a fancy sports car and was touring europe so it was essential I got safe parking. This definitely ticks all the boxes. It's cool and almost underground, private with restricted access and the bays were wide enough to make me feel that my car would not bumped into. There was also a large space for motorbikes - so they can use this facility too. Well done.

I couldn't see the Eiffel Tower. :-( but seriously there was nothing to moan about.

when your one staff miss understanding (IBIS buget staff of reception ground floor) and said dont make a video during breakfast time, because some people dont like than I said i am making video of my family and your Great Breakfast and nice decoration ... breakfast was very good and high standard thatwhy i want to show my friends and family great hotel. any way all staff were very good and friendly.

reception womens staff is very helpfull and i like room style but bercy area is alittle far to Paris center (24 number bus )direct to go to gar Lyon and metro to Paris 1-2 Zone , if you have information before come to bercy it s more better

The staff were really friendly and helpful. It had a good breakfast and a hotel bar. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. It was quiet. It was near the bus station as we were getting an early bus.

Could have had a kettle/coffee maker in the room.

Great value, location for my work, excellent breakfast

No coffee/tea facilities, no bidet (!), no possibility to adjust the temperature in the room (it was really, really hot), bit noisy from the street and trains. The decor is quite "budget"

We chose the breakfast with higher price which is 13.9. It is good with a variety of options

Towel and toilet paper is not enough

Slightly tricky to get to from The peripherique due to several roads leading to correct one!
