Perfect location. Shopping centre was near. McDo on the other side of the road. Disneyland around 30mins away. It was the cheapest accommodation at the time we booked. We were 4(2 adults, 2 kids), one bedroom apartment was ok for us as we stayed for 3 nights. Kids slept on sofabed. Little kitchenette was ok, we didn't cook though. Had cutlery and utensils. Our apartment was clean. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok. You get baguette, croissants, pain au chocolat, cornflakes, juice, yoghurt, fruit compote. There's a hot drink dispenser. We had baguette mainly. Overall it was a nice stay.

Had to pay for secure parking which is 5 euros per night. The' re free parking on the road just in front of the hotel and was convenient but at times if you come late at night you might not find a parking.

I was really surprised to see so many bad reviews about this residence. I discovered a clean, well maintained facility. It was a very good value for money. Clean room, very neat bathroom as well as crisp clean beddings and towel. Super hot water to shower. What else can one would want from what I can call a budget hotel. Private parking facilities for my vehicle were super and appreciated. Yes, I had to rush a bit to make sure to arrive in time before 21h00 for check-in, but as said, it was mentioned that there was not going to be a concierge on call after that time. The person at the desk called me to ensure I was on my way an hour prior to leaving the front desk. As for my breakfast, it was well worth the nine euros I paid for. Well done. I should be back in the near future.

The breakfast was on the minimal side, but I have to leave early and the staff went out of their way to put a breakfast package together for me. I could not override the staff friendliness and helpfulness.

Once again, I cannot speak too highly of the hotel. Well, it's essentially in the middle of nowhere, it's relatively close to the airport and was the cheapest one I could find. It ended up being much much better than I had expected.

The facilities need Morden and an update of whole facilities, especially the bed should be 1 single bed, not two small separate beds, not good for couples spending time together in the bed pulling off

It was convenient and affordable for getting to Paris. Paris hotels were outrageously expensive. And Chelles was a lovely litte town. And it was easy to get to Paris on the train which took only 14 minutes to get to Paris Center and the round trip train fare and 24 hour use of the metro was a mere 14 euros

It was difficult to get to Beauvais airport if you had a Ryanair flight. It cost 140 euros from Chelles to Beauvais airport by Uber. No taxi would drive us due to the distance

Much better than the reviews on google maps. Small and cozy room equipped with a small hob set, a fridge, and some tableware. The deposit was returned very quickly.

The shower room needs some repair. The public transport is not convenient at the weekends! It takes 20min to walk the Chelles train station, and the trains are not working at the weekends! It's better if we had a car

The place was spotless. There was a washing liquid with a new spoon. The only issue was the USB ports was not working. The facility is extremely quiet and dark, perfect for a restful night.

great location ,lovely spacious apartment itself,secure parking ,lovely staff,reception ppl go beyond to help you,shops and food within walking distance,u can communicate in english,very helpful,really great price compared to others similar,specially for ppl visiting diseneyland with family,cant wait to go back again
