During my previous stay at this hotel, which was my first time, I was pleased with my choice. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering tasty and varied options. The price-quality ratio was excellent. It's important to note that the most convenient way to reach the city center and other key locations is by taking the train (RER C), which operates on a schedule that can be checked on Google Maps. The nearest electric stop is a 5-10 minute walk from HOTEL ROYAL Paris Ivry. Planning your route to the center of Paris in advance and arriving at the station on time to purchase a ticket. Avoid repeating our mistake when we arrived at the station and had to wait for 45 minutes—time that could have been spent enjoying coffee with a croissant in the hotel lobby instead of waiting at the station. The metro is a bit far from the hotel. The city itself is wonderful. The locals are very friendly and ready to help and give advice. A Lidl supermarket is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Room we got was huge! It has two separate bathrooms both with shower and toilet

I don't think hotel location is great. I was a bit skeptical when choosing this hotel as some comments I read said it was great but others not that great. Be aware it is located on public transport zone 3 which makes it less affordable. Train station nearby is a RER station (regional trains as I understood), not a Metro station. These trains are also more expensive. Going to central Paris takes a good 50 minutes at least. Therefore consider paying a more expensive hotel if you are looking for a more central location to touristic attractions.

Don't expect a luxurious place in this area of Paris and for this price. But what you can expect is a nice hotel with hard working people who will do anything to make your stay as good as it gets. The breakfast is great, so much variety. The room is spacious and has an airco, it does its job quite okay. There is coffee and tea in your room, and the bus stop is in front of the hotel, or you can walk to the RER in 10 minutes; it takes you to Paris center easily. You can park your car for free at the hotel. If anything bothers you, go to the employees and they will help you out. We were at the 7th (top) floor, so we didn't hear any noise from the street and hardly anything from our neighbors.

The Hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop for easy access to the centre of Paris. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options. The staff are attentive and helpful, and the general cleanliness of the hotel is excellent.

The room was clean and spacious. Hot water, shower cabine in the bathroom. You can control the room temperature by the A/C with heater option as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly especially a Russian office manager girl. She put her soul in her position and if you have any issues or want to know something about Paris attractions she will guide you. As well as, the hotel owner is friendly. We were lucky having a short conversation with him.

There's no balcony in the room and the price is overrated but it's a Paris suburb so, all accomodations in the area have very high price

They staff very friendly & helpfull, the room clean & big. The location not too far from Vitry sur seine station. & the bus stop literally in front of the hotel. If you want to go around paris without worry about the fare, buy paris mobilis. And there is the supermarket near the hotel.

Everything is good..

Everything was just perfect: on arrival, we were welcomed with small chocolates; the personnel was always going the extra mile and helped us with parking, finding a cab to the airport, taking all our suitcases (7 plus 2 backpacks) to the car, making sure the driver would not charge us anything other than the right amount, and many other details. The size of the room is ideal to open big suitcases and arrange everything, sit down and work or take a good shower without bumping into the toilet. Breakfast is abundant, tasty and takes all possibilities into consideration. We will definitely go back!!!

Nothing negative to say.

For the price it was really good. Good breakfast the price was very low so that was good. Everything was relatively clean, staff were all very great and even assisted us with a very early taxi to the airport. Location was nice, lots of shops and restaurants near by.

Location suited us because we like walking but is a little further out than central Paris, although the shops and restaurants nearby more than made up for this and I did actually enjoy being a little further out. It needs a little sprucing up. Everything was clean but the shower was a little leaky but honestly I can't complain because the staff are great, breakfast is good and everything is comfortable. Oh just maybe a carpet clean. Carpet seemed a little worn and tired.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also appreciate the breakfast they offered to us.

We did notice an unpleasant smell on the ground floor, particularly around the restaurant and reception area. It seemed to be from the cleaning products used on the tiles, but it did affect our overall impression. Still, aside from that, our stay was pleasant.
