Very pleasant room, well-appointed, recently redecorated, comfortably furnished. Nice bedding and bathroom. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The building is very close to the A4 motorway yet sufficiently shielded by other buildings that it would have been quiet but for building works on a kindergarten across the street. The location is 6-7 minutes' walking distance to the metro station Charenton-Écoles on line M8, along a (mostly) pedestrianised street lined with cafés and shops. There are many more cafés and restaurants in the area, and a market is held beside the metro station twice a week. The big Bois de Vincennes (wooded parkland) is close by, and ideal for walking, cycling, jogging. Central Paris is easily accessible via M8 and various other lines it connects with, as are the main railway stations.

No complaints.

Spacious modern room fully equipped, comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty and acceptable, in a decent level.

Finally the location was proved far from city centre, which was daily exhausting. Also we did not notice that the accommodation does not offer standard cleaning of the room, you need to pay extra for that. But for those reasons there is a lower price in the room compared to others.

The location was very nice - a calm and pretty neighborhood with all you need around the corner. The staff was very friendly and helpful, sometimes we just needed to get back to the reception desk to manage some details, but they were reacting immediately :). Our room was comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people for a week-long stay, the same goes for the bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with all the basic tools you might need, there was even a small selection of teas. We would likely come back for a long stay.

The room wasn't cleaned on the day we agreed on. We had to make a couple of trips to the reception desk to clear up the situation with cleaning or asking for a toilet paper (we didn't get even one roll from the cleaning staff the next day), or for a dish soap. FYI - the toilet paper is very thin - if you travel as a family, I recommend getting a pack at the store :)

It's located 10 min from the metro (30-40 min by metro to the city center). The neighbourhood is really good and safe. A big park is nearby, shops and a good Boulangery (3 min). They accept dogs (additional payment) and there is a good covered underground parking (paid). Rooms are simple, but good, with an equipped kitchen. Wi-fi was good. Generally no complains at all especially for this price in Paris.

They take a deposit for the parking card (50 euro), better pay it in cash if possible. It was blocked on my account and it's blocked until today (1 month), though the released it when I did a handover of the card. It's very inconvenient

The apartment was clean with a lift. All facilities were included. The bathroom and the kitchen were modern and fully equipped.

My bed (sofa bed) in the living room was converted to a double bed to accommodate 4 of us (2 children and 2 adults). There was a good size additional bedroom but it was used by a family member. I could not sleep and I was extremely tired. For a mature woman in her sixties travelling over 3 nights and planning to spend the fourth night on a ferry to London was an uncomfortable experience. The metal of the sofa bed in the living room was sticking out all around and throughout the mattress which was of a poor quality. The sofa bed was visible hitting our legs every time we wanted to make a transition movement.

Room was well set out and had all the basics that you need. Double glazing helped keep out noise from busy highway very close. Very friendly staff especially when we arrived a lot later than expected.

Aircon seemed a little ineffective. A lot of noise from the highway if you opened the windows. As it is out of Paris main area, a map to closest Metros might help. Staff did not seem to know. Also a quick check that each room had all the equipment would help. Mine didn't have any forks and my friends didn't have any teaspoons.

Good place to stay in Paris, especially according to price rate and room sizes) it's affordable by price and quiet easy to reach city center by metro line 8, which is just 10 minutes walking from hotel. The room sizes are also quite big compared to other Paris accommodations, but a little bit dark. Newly renovated hotel, but the corridors already are needed to be refurbished again.

Kitchen hasn't enough basic stuff, it could disappointed a little bit, but it's quite various by each room. The hotel guys from reception are very different - some of them are quite attentive and polite, some of them are quite rude and could has strange behavior, while the guest faced a problem in room such as broken lock in bathroom. At first he could laugh directly in front of you, in some time later he could be angry and even aggressive - its not pleasant and polite at all. He fixed up the lock meanwhile, but impression of situation isn't good. My colleagues didn't like the breakfast, so we didn't come there.

Very good value for money, easy to reach by public transport and the road to the next metro station goes through a nice neighbourhood. Room was clean and had basic appliances for the kitchen. Our windows were looking to a very noise road, but the noise-isolation is excellent - two separate lawyers of double-glazed windows makes the room perfectly quiet.

Nothing important - a few annoying things. We asked for room service (we had one cleaning included during the week we stayed) and nothing happened for 2 days, when we reminded again, then it was done immediately. The breakfast was good, with many things to choose from, except vegetables, we don't know why.

Perfect location, Metro station just 10min walk away, restaurants and bakery nearby, good indoor parking available. Room was clean, well equipped. Room is air-conditioned. Good value for a price. Reception staffed all the time, very nice personal.

3rd bet was uncomfortable, too soft. Lift down to parking place broken, but I guess it will be soon repaired. No space for parking before the building for a short stop, occupied pretty much all the time, resulting in blocking the street for a while. Be careful when leaving underground parking, it a bit tight.

We were very happy with our stay at the Appart/Hotel. We had the comfort of 2 double bed, bedrooms and a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room, if needed. We had a separate Toilet to the Bathroom and a separate hallway with storage shelves and coat storage. The kitchen was fully equipped, although for our 4 day stay we only used it 2 evenings for meals. The TV worked and we had wonderful views over the river from our 6th floor. We had opted for Breakfast in the hotel and it suited our needs as we were sightseeing every day and didn't want to miss the early starts. The staff were helpful at all stages of our visit, from the night porter to the daytime staff (all had excellent English). The local area had a Supermarket. a Bakery, a Tabac/Bar, Post Office and a Pizza Hut. Over the Bridge (less than 10 minute walk) there is a Metro to the City on Line 8 - (A 35 minute trip into Place de la Concorde). There was also a Church and plenty of places to eat out near the Metro.

We found the rooms a little hot at night and couldn't leave the windows open due to the motorway traffic noise by the river.
