The room was spacious, lovely bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bath robes and slippers included. On some days the bed wasn't made or tea cups changed, no refresh of tea/coffee supplies, so we had to ask at the front desk, but overall a very lovely hotel with good service and staff.

We were asked to pay separate charge for the city tax on arrival at the hotel, even though we pre paid this through Booking.com. Reception staff and management just pushed us to speak to Booking.com to resolve the issue, even though we showed them our confirmation email stating we had already paid. Not great customer experience and now we have to sort it out at home

The staff here were excellent. I had a problem with the window not closing in my room. They had a look and offered me a new room without any question. They also gave me very good advice on a safe place to go running and were generally very pleasant people. I stayed here 10 years ago before the refurbishment and they have done a great job of updating the building. I really enjoyed my stay.

It's a shame there is no restaurant here. Although it's very close to town where there are plenty of restaurants, I stayed there on a Sunday where almost everywhere was closed. They did have a room service option but these were more like snacks and not suitable for an evening meal. I didn't enjoy the breakfast very much and this is the reason I didn't give a higher score. I think hotels need to consider that more and more people want to (and need to) eat healthily and avoid ultra processed foods (e.g. cereals, pre-packaged flavoured porridge and yogurt, fruit salad in syrup, bread, sandwich meat). Eating healthily is very difficult when travelling and has a big impact on health for those of us who go away a lot for business.

We use this to stay when visiting our family in Antony ... so it is just a place to retire to after time with family. The hotel is very well appointed, things like electric, plumbing, lighting well thought out. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds and room, and (for us) uk channels on TV. We don't eat here so cannot comment on food service. We have tried others ... but not a patch on Montbriant ... we will be back!

As requested I got a quite room facing the gardens so it was really pleasant... The hotel is in a quite street so perhaps a room at the road side would not be that bad.. but busses are using this lane and with hospitals just up the road .. who knows. Nice size room, enough cupboard space, Bathroom with bath and lovely shower! It is few minutes walk from Anthony station with easy connections to Orly and the city, so for me this was also a great location. And breakfast was fantastic with eggs and bacon!

My request to check out a bit later was friendly denied (after checking) and assuring me the hotel is full and this not possible (so actually a positive feedback since often the reception will just rudely say No without even checking is it was possible)

We picked this hotel for its location being 2 blocks from the RnR into Paris but we were hugely pleased by how pretty the rooms were. They are a nice size with a bathroom down the hall. The breakfast is delicious but most of all, Stephanie, who is the receptionist, was so nice and helpful. I looked forward to seeing her. She was so warm and made our stay even better.

Nice and quiet hotel, clean and comfortable. Good transport to the city center.

Breakfast - I missed some vegetable and typical French food- bagette, various kind of croissants, cheese and pate…4stars hotels should offer more.

Automatic roller shutters, to make the room completely dark. Good beds. Optimal room temperature.

One person at reception had difficulties understanding our questions, even though we explained in French and English. A water refill station near reception would be handy.

Comfy bed; lovely linens; great breakfast; large room (superior room over looking garden); close to RERB for travel to Paris from a quieter location.

Could have been cleaner: hair in sink; debris on floor; marks on shower screen. Had a problem with TV turning itself on. First receptionist we spoke shrugged and said nothing she could do. Second one (after disturbed night due to random switching on; Couldn’t be turned off), could not have been more helpful. Sorted it out and checked with us later too.

The staff was extra-friendly. The room was very confortable and clean including beads and pillows. Breakfast 12€ per adult and free for small kids was awesome. They also kept our luggage for several hours free of charge. It is very close to the train station and orly airport so you can easily move with public transportation. Close to the hotel you'll find an impresive park that your kids will love. I totally recommend this hotel.

The family apartment is quite nice and friendly to the little one. It's only 5 minutes walk from RER B Antony station and 20-25 mins train to the Paris downtown. Many restaurants and markets nearby. Be careful with the busy hours on the RER B if you're taking the baby with stroller. It'll be extremely crowed.

The floor could be cleaner. :)
