Staff were all friendly and helpful and rooms were spacious, clean and have air-conditioning. The friendly resident cat joined us for breakfast and a little fuss which was lovely. We had dinner at nearby Bella Napoli Italian restaurant which was amazing - the pizzas were huge and the service was great! A couple of supermarkets are nearby if you need any drinks or snacks.

Rooms are very basic, no kettle or hairdryer and could really do with a fridge to keep cold drinks, but was as expected for the reasonable price paid. Location is not the best as quite a walk from the nearest metro and the whole area is quite rundown.

Room was clean, modern, and far more spacious, compared to the typical rooms of the Ibis Budget chain. Staff was generally accommodating and friendly. They lent us a hairdryer when we asked for it. They let us switch rooms when we complained about the noise of the airconditioning of our initial room. Though quite far from the city, it was convenient with the bus station nearby. We felt safe in the neighborhood when we were walking late at night. Given the cost per night in this property, I think it is great value for money.

Airconditioning was a bit noisy (but that was just in our previous room, not sure about the other rooms). Lobby and reception are outdated, but rooms are newly renovated and modern-looking. No supermarket nearby.

Perfect hotel at this price with very helpful and friendly staff. Little, but convenient and clean rooms with everything you need for few days stay. The best things are access from the country when you go inside heavy traffic in Paris, very well organized parking spaces and the easy way to the best public transport in the town like busses and RER system.

It was a little wet in the rooms. Perhaps from the ventilation system, which is worst thing in all modern hotels. The old heating was much more better.

Nice inside lobby and corridors. Underground parking for the car. Great localisation Nice people in the front desk. Bed was ok Airco working. Perfect for us, for our road trip break.

The TV was not working. The bathroom could use some renovation soon, especially the area around the bathtub.

The ground floor was equipped with tables, vending machines, seating areas, and a front desk that sold things like an adapter or razor if you forgot.

A 20+ minute bus ride was required for going into town, but two different bus stops were located very close by.

The hotel's location is good, quiet and close to nature. Transportation is also accessible from downtown city and to the airport. Also, their staff is very polite, helpful and easy to reach out to.

Friendly staff, welcoming and helpful. Having 24/7 desk staff is really great. Nice lounge / dinner space.

Close to the road, ask for a room at the back if you want to open the window. There is air-conditioning otherwise.

Cleaning ladies don’t even knock the door and they just get in every time. I get they are doing their job but I think this could be easily improved.
