Marco at the front desk was very understanding and communicated very well with us non-speaking French guests...lol.. Cece the front office manager was very understanding with an issue we had encountered and dealt with it exceptionally. We had extended our stay for 2 more days. It is close to public transportation to get around the city. The location is developing so I'm quite sure upon my return next year I may not recognize anything...lol.. there is a new tram system that will start on Saturday (6-24-2023), which will make it easier and quicker to get to the train station. Restaurants and a supermarket is walking distance from the hotel should you require anything. The citizens we encountered were willing to help as much as possible as we didn't speak french

I didn't experience anything unbecoming during my stay, except they have no wash rags in rooms. Only towels.

It was a very nice stay, a few minutes from orly airport by OrlyVal, with public transportation just 5 minutes by foot. Check-in just worked fine, the room was clean enough and the breakfast is simple but enough as well.

The staff could be more kind in some specific situations.

All was good. This time I was given a room with view to the street. Still it was quiet.

The cleaning people will always knock at your door before checkout time. I didnt leave as late as possible, otherwise they would have probably knocked once every 20 minutes like last time. They really want to push you to leave

Ŵe've staÿed several times òvernight. Brilliantly thought out for short stays where every detail ĥas been carefully designed around their "typical" customer. e.g. one of the rare hotels with power points placed in accessible places.

Hard to think of anything bearing in mind our view it's functionally designed for short stay customers. But yet again entry to the car park seemed difficult - each time we had to contact Reception.

This property was close to my kids soccer camp. I loved that they could stay with us in a suite and it was well laid out for a family of four. Breakfast on-site was a major plus. The price was fantastic!

It was a long walk to the train station and there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance. Everything was closed for construction which spanned, what seemed, miles around us in every direction. The breakfast was good but the dishes were often dirty.

Next to the hotel is a great park - fantastic for jogging or relaxing walks. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was terrific, and the best thing is that the windows can be opened 👍

The cleaning service could improve cleaning the room, especially the surfaces and floors.

Very spacious clean room, very nice English speaking staff

This is the only thing I was slightly uncomfortable; not very sound proof window, as we could hear every vehicle passing by. But the view outside was very nice

the reason of this choise is that is at 100 mt from my daughter's house, she lives in Chateney Malabry

if the room and the bathroom were a bit more large it would be perfect

The staff was polite, the room was cozy, the beds were nice and the cleanliness was spot on. Overall, a good fit. The breakfast could have been a touch generous though.

The bathing area in the bathroom did not have a door and it led to water spills outside the region. That was very uncomfortable.

safe parking off the street. easy check in and check out. The room was compact and efficient. Just what we needed for a quick nights stay
