A bit unbelievable to be true :) Everything was as described or even better! The apartment is super comfortable, very clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils are new. The staff responded very promptly to all our questions and there is really nothing that could spoil your good time there. It is an excellent place to stay in Paris with a family together. You can commute to the center very fast and afterward you can rest very well at the hotel. The metro station and some groceries are just 5-7 minutes walk. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The self service experience is amazing - there is everything you need (including the lockers for your last day) and all of it works perfectly. We will definitely stay at the same place when we are back again to Paris.

Amazing place to stay. Very bright spacious rooms, huge balcony, nice view of Eifel tower, close to central in 15 min by taxi or 25 by public transport you can reach central areas. Very supporting stuff. The room was extremely clean, nice spacious kitchen with coffee/tea, bottles of water and small cakes were waiting at the arrival, which is really cute. Good speed of WIFI, which is important if you travel for work. Definitely will stay again.

We arrived early and planned to use the luggage storage room. It is so safe and secure with everyone having their own personal locker. BUT as we went to put our cases in, the lady attending reception came over, greeted us and asked us what our room number was. Our room was ready early!! The photos of the room online do not do it justice. It is much more spacious and the attention to detail is superb. The air conditioning is absolutely perfect and the bed is ridiculously comfortable. We could easily have missed all our holidays just by sleeping in! I loved the kitchen facilities and have been converted to getting a dishwasher when I can for my home. The check in and check out procedures were perfect. The location is so good. A bakery next door and bistro beside it. Both I highly recommend 👌

The exterior is undergoing renovation and a bit messy but only temporary. Just a shame we were there for that but it can't be helped and great to see them continually improving.

The Appartment was very well maintained and offered coffee machine as well as a kettle and all amenities expected. Including dishwasher 👍 All local shops restaurants bars are within walking distance 👍☺️. The staff are fantastic and will give you advice to use the public transport services 👌👍

If you're not happy with learning using public transport. Then it's a good walk to the closest landmark arce de Triomphe. 35 minutes by bus, 25 minutes by metro. Both services a 10 minutes walk away.

First time staying at this aparthotel. It’s a superb brand new address. The decoration is magnificent and the apartments are big for Paris. The price is reasonable. Close to the Champs Elysées and the center of Paris (metro Louise Michel). I highly recommend

The room on the top floor is very good with plenty of space. It is perfect for a family. The neigborhood is not far from things, yet very peaceful. The room is perfect to accomodate a family.

The room was not ready when we arrived as they forgot to put extra bed for us. The guy who worked there is not very professional and seems very confused about how to set up extra bed. It was a very awkward situation. Also, the water in the bathroom leaks to the bed room next to it. This needs to be fixed. Without these issues though, it would have been an excellent stay as the room is very nice.

Even though the apartment was contactless, there were always staff onsite. They were extremely helpful and kind. Maurice actually walked with us to the closest Carrefours the night we arrived to make sure we could find it. Went above and beyond. Anytime I had a question I received an immediate and helpful reply. My sister and I were in Paris to see family so we did not spend time in the neighborhood or visiting sites. However, we were an easy 20 minute walk to my aunts so the location was perfect. The neighborhood felt very safe to walk in day or evening. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable for the 2 of us. Nice shower, lots of windows and the kitchen had a small refrigerator, micro and dishwasher. Perfect for breakfast in the morning. We did not order breakfast to be delivered (that is an option at the hotel) as there in a boulangerie just around the corner. They also have free coffee machine in the lobby.

Unfortunately the AC is turned off in most Paris hotels starting in October. Our room was quite warm at night. I did ask at the office and our options were to completely turn off heat to the apartment, which we did, and open windows. We could cool the apartment off but shut the windows while sleeping due to street noise. They kindly did bring us a fan which helped. There was little they could do to help but it did make sleeping rather uncomfortable for us even with just a sheet.

I didn't receive any breakfast. I was expecting the croissants as some reviewers mentioned We had a nasty sewage smell coming from the shower. It didn't seem that the fan was working or strong enough in the toilett and the shower rooms The door of the mini dishwasher was broken , making difficult to load it and remove the items I was expecting that someone would come to clean the room daily but it didn't happen

Gabriel at the reception is the best asset this property has. I'm afraid if he's not there anymore at some point, the ratings of this property are not going to be the same. There's no AC during the winter because, accordingly to another reception staff which I don't remember his name "we are in winter in Paris already, there's no AC needed, if you want you can open the windows" 😆. Can you believe that? Yes, someone tells you don't need AC because they feel is not needed, lol 😆. However the complimentary coffee and madeleines at the reception, the kindness of Gabriel and the kindness of SOME of the cleaning staff, wouldn't allow me to feel comfortable giving to this property less than 8. We wish you good luck in trying to resolve the AC problems before it starts creating you more troubles and decreasing your rating. My advice, don't be selfish, with the prices you charge you have room more than enough to cover AC expenses. Gabriel was so kind that gifted us with a champagne 🍾 bottle. Gabriel is one of the most professional staff people I've seen in hotels, ever.

Very nice, modern apartment with everything you need on hand. It was clean and all set as it should be for guests coming. Check in is easy and convenient as well as the check out. It is close to nice restaurants and groceries shop, also two metro stations are near. We liked our stay at Yuna Portr-Maillot and would stay there again when in Paris.
