Modern, high speck bathroom, unlike most Parisian hotel bathrooms. Bedroom spotlessly clean, with soft, elegant and practical lighting, and a cosy yet contemporary colour palette. Not dated like a lot of parisian hotel bedrooms and bathrooms. Lobby/reception area also very clean with a contemporary design. Sebastian, the night porter, was most helpful and welcoming. Not robotic in the manner of many night reception staff. Appreciated being given an actual key for my bedroom as I don’t own a smart phone due to poor eyesight, and bringing my iPad on the plane wasn’t practical.

Bedroom walls were a bit thin in that conversation could be heard quite easily from next door. TV remote a bit dodgy/complicated to use. Could only find a few french tv channels. But not the mainstream ones like TF1.

The hotel is very well located and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fruit, croissants, jams and cheese.

Streaming Apps, like Netflix, did not work. The technician was in our room to try to fix it, but he couldn’t. He said there was a problem with the internet in our room. They said we were going to change rooms, but they never really did propose another room! The shower box door did not close well, so the bathroom floor was all wet after we took showers.

key was blocked 15 min before checkout so I couldn’t enter my room to get the baggage. and there is no ppl on reception so had to call long time to get someone.

Great location, regarding the distances in Paris. Clean and comfy room, small but comfortable - if you consider that most of the people are visitng Paris as tourists, the room is more than enugh for shrot stay accomodation. Perfect bed, linens and clean towels. Separate WC and bathroom with enough liquid soap/shower gel. Central heating that works perfect and the room is warm more than enough (visited in March 2023). Easy acces with the personal PIN code for the entrance door and the personal QR code for the room. Everything is perfect! Highly recomend this place!

Great location with many great restaurants, cafes, and bakeries at walking distance. Very close to Arc de Triomphe and other tourist attractions in central Paris. The hotel is in a residential area that suffered from the trash piling everywhere due to the strikes in Paris, however, I am sure it will be very pleasant once the strikes are over. The room and the property are very new and clean. The staff was very helpful and nice too!

There was quite a bit of renovation happening at the hotel. There were no facilities at the hotel (i.e. coworking space was just a few tables, no coffee station, restaurant, etc.) Additionally, there want any coffee station/kettle and minibar in the room either. I'm sure the hotel will place these in the room and the facility once the renovations are complete but wanted to call out!

Very sweet staf and helpful also useful that they were fluent in English. Room was perfect clean and cozy. 10 minute walk to congres hall.

Some guest came late in de night to the hotel and were noisy.

The hotel is beautiful, and smells amazing. The bed is so cozy I just didn’t want to leave.

The shower on my room didn’t have any curtain or door so it would make the bathroom a bit messy and slippery.

I like the self check in style. Surely has its pros and cons but more pros than cons for me. It’s also easily accessible to Paris center. Walking distance to Arc de Triumphe. Eiffel Tower is also a trekking distance if you take long walks.

Excellent location,near metro and Porte Maillot for aerobus. Small rooms but very comfortable. Nice system with codes and no keys.
